To show that GOD has a glorious plan for mankind because He loves us so much, it included even our diet plan.

Genesis 1:29 (Amplified Bible)
1:29 And God said, See, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the land and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food.
V. THESIS:
Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You loved us so much, that You've included our diet in your plan for us to be healthy and strong humans here on earth.

Given or "nathan" in Hebrew meaning:

2. JESUS CHRIST
The foods here on earth are given to JESUS by GOD the FATHER and not to Adam, but then JESUS gave them to Adam as food because JESUS as GOD does not need to eat.

The ownership of earth was given to JESUS by GOD, the FATHER, but the authority given to mankind. GOD protected the earth from the devil, but man failed to protect his authority from the devil.

I once knew a church that commands everything: from rain for it to stop, for dogs not to bite or bark, etc, but they totally missed it, they can't do that or we can't even do that, we are given the power of binding and losing and to speak, say or utter (greek word: ereo) to mountains but not to command it yet, for the enemy has the power to do this.

B. Plant yielding seed - herbs (grass, vegetables), Seed (nuts), fruits has seed on it.
"every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the land and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food."
1. Herb or "eseb" in Hebrew meaning: herb bearing seed
a. grass, glisten or plant (vegetables)
2. Seed or "zera" in Hebrew meaning:
a. seed, fruit, plant, sowing time or what is known today as nuts, or grains or corn
3. Fruit or "pery" in Hebrew meaning: Fruit bearing seed
a. fruit
Exception that I know is a banana because a banana although it's a fruit, has no seed on it. Mango has seed, grape has seed, tamarind has seed, apple has seed.
Meat or "oklah" in Hebrew meaning:
1. food, consume, devour, eat

When it happened but we're not there yet, most probably Adam saw JESUS , the Aleph-Tav being given by GOD the FATHER, herbs, seeds and fruits but JESUS, the Aleph-Tav gave it to Adam. GOD, the FATHER never meant for us to work because work is part of the curse of man when he fell, GOD meant it to give everything to us and we sow it as seeds but because of rebellion man fell into sin and GOD's Glorious plan for mankind has been destroyed ever since.
Genesis 3:17-19 (Amplified Bible)
3:17 And to Adam He said, Because you have listened and given heed to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it, the ground is under a curse because of you; in sorrow and toil shall you eat [of the fruits] of it all the days of your life.

3:19 In the sweat of your face shall you eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you shall return.
Illustration: But until now mankind has been rebelling in the great plan of GOD that included man's diet on it, man feeds the corns and grains to pigs and eat the pigs.
IX. CONCLUSION:
Our diet plan that has been given by GOD are the following: herb, vegetables or grass; seed, grains, nuts or corns; and fruits (no bananas).
Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You loved us so much, that You've included our diet in your plan for us to be healthy and strong humans here on earth.
