To show that we need to redeem the time because the days are evil, we need to share only to people who need the LORD.

Holy or "hagios" in Greek meaning: sacred or consecrated.
Dogs or "kuon" in Greek meaning: dog
Pearls or "margarites" in Greek meaning: oyster pearl.
Swine, hogs or "choiros" in Greek meaning: hog, swine.
The Bible calls people with no GOD fools but the Bible also calls them scoffer, mocker and scorner.
Scoffer - one that mocks, derides or reproaches in the language of contempt
Mocker - One that mocks; a scorner; a scoffer
Scorner - one who scoffs at religion, its ordinances and teachers, and who makes a mock of sin and the judgements and threatening of God against sinners.

How do we know if they will not accept the LORD?
If anyone welcomes us, they welcome the WORD of GOD. It's a test. Go to a house that will receive you and share GOD's WORD to them without hesitation but if they reject you, shake off the dust and move on to another house.
Matthew 10:14-15 (Amplified Bible)
10:14 And whoever will not receive and accept and welcome you nor listen to your message, as you leave that house or town, shake the dust [of it] from your feet.
10:15 Truly I tell you, it shall be more tolerable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah than for that town.

Holy is applied to GOD or those of GOD. Sharing GOD to a fool or vile person is just like that, giving that which is holy to the dogs.
Psalms 105:42 (Amplified Bible)
105:42 For He [earnestly] remembered His holy word and promise to Abraham His servant.
Hire of a harlot and price of a dog can't be brought to the house of the LORD as payment for a vow, dogs are sodomite or male prostitute that caters to both sexes. Dogs are unclean creatures that are not accepted into the temple.
Deuteronomy 23:18 (Amplified Bible)
23:18 You shall not bring the hire of a harlot or the price of a dog (a sodomite) into the house of the Lord your God as payment of a vow, for both of these [the gift and the giver] are an abomination to the Lord your God.
But you can throw unholy things to the dogs. Giving it up and close may end up into a dog bite, so throw them, make sure you are far from them when you do it.

Pearl of Great Price is JESUS Himself, pearls are teachings about JESUS.

Swine, hogs or pigs are unclean animals as well that can't be eaten.

I shared the WORD of GOD to everyone, even to my uncles but they laughed at me, scorned me, ridiculed every WORD that I said, I was not angry at them but continued to share GOD's WORD to them, but they died without accepting the LORD, all the WORD of them are foolishness, a laughing matter. I know my time spent with them sharing GOD's WORDS are not wasted but their lives here on earth are wasted because they did not grab the opportunity of knowing the LORD as their own LORD and SAVIOR before they died. Pray and GOD will lead you through His HOLY SPIRIT who to share the Gospel with, if you know the person is a wicked person, with his bad reputation, don't share the WORD unless you want to be hurt by them. Share the WORD to those you know that will believe, the HOLY SPIRIT will give you wisdom whom to approach. Why will you share GOD's WORD to people that lives corruptly and that you know that he/she will not respect the WORD? Spend time with those who need the LORD, there are no shortages of sinners on earth.

23:9 Speak not in the ears of a [self-confident] fool, for he will despise the [godly] Wisdom of your words.
Isaiah 32:6 (Amplified Bible)

Example:
There are lots of squatters in the Philippines, now if you share the WORD to them, after the crusade, these people will return to their stolen place not their own. They're like dogs that return to their vomit, they are fools that repeat their folly. Don't get me wrong, I have no exclusivity, I tried hard to share the WORD to them, but I found out these type of people will only eat and drink but they will not accept the LORD, try to remove the food you offer to them, and they vanish instantly, much worst they attack you.

11:22 As a ring of gold in a swine’s snout, so is a fair woman who is without discretion.
B. They will only trample them with their feet and tear you to pieces
"lest they trample upon them with their feet and turn and tear you in pieces"
Read this parable and notice that the king already gave a banquet, a celebration, but these scoffers, mockers, and scorners that are dogs and swine of the bible paid no attention to it, they ignored it, made light of the summons and treated it with contempt. Don't share the WORD of GOD to such people, you will only waste your time and end up getting hurt.
Matthew 22:5-6 (Amplified Bible)
22:5 But they were not concerned and paid no attention [they ignored and made light of the summons, treating it with contempt] and they went away—one to his farm, another to his business,
22:6 While the others seized his servants, treated them shamefully, and put them to death.
Three types of scoffers, mockers and scorners:
1. the elite, educated - they ignored and made light of the summons
2. the business-minded - they went away—one to his farm, another to his business,
3. the criminals and murderers - others seized his servants, treated them shamefully, and put them to death.
In the last days, there will be many people like this.
Matthew 24:10 (Amplified Bible)
24:10 And then many will be offended and repelled and will begin to distrust and desert [Him Whom they ought to trust and obey] and will stumble and fall away and betray one another and pursue one another with hatred.

Apostle Paul met a lot of people like this, he even informed Timothy about it.

What does the LORD do to scorners and scoffers? GOD scorns and scoffs them.
