Isaiah 51:12 (Amplified Bible)
51:12 I, even I, am He Who comforts you. Who are you, that you should be afraid of man, who shall die, and of a son of man, who shall be made [as destructible] as grass,
V. THESIS:
Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You are my Comforter and the comforts that I received comforting me with Your very Presence.

A. GOD is our Encourager
"I, even I, am He Who comforts you."
Comfort is "nacham" in Hebrew meaning:
1. breathe strongly
2. to be sorry
3. to pity
4. to avenge (oneself)
Isaiah 57:15-18 (Amplified Bible)
57:15 For thus says the high and lofty One—He Who inhabits eternity, Whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, but with him also who is of a thoroughly penitent and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the thoroughly penitent [bruised with sorrow for sin].
57:16 For I will not contend forever, neither will I be angry always, for [if I did stay angry] the spirit [of man] would faint and be consumed before Me, and [My purpose in] creating the souls of men would be frustrated.
57:17 Because of the iniquity of his [Judah’s] covetousness and unjust gain I was angry and smote him. I hid my face and was angry, and he went on turning away and backsliding in the way of his [own willful] heart.

Our LORD is our Comforter as Paul have said

1:4 Who comforts (consoles and encourages) us in every trouble (calamity and affliction), so that we may also be able to comfort (console and encourage) those who are in any kind of trouble or distress, with the comfort (consolation and encouragement) with which we ourselves are comforted (consoled and encouraged) by God.
B. Man is not to be afraid of, who shall be dried up and die like grass

Man is a temporary being here on earth, only GOD is Permanent and Unchangeable but if that man accepts the gift of eternal life that GOD has offered two-thousand years ago, then than man, becomes something - a son of GOD.
Ephesians 4:13 (Amplified Bible)
4:13 [That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ’s own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him.
Hebrews 10:29 (Amplified Bible)

If the wicked of this earth, those who rejected GOD's offer of salvation, are called grass, then we are called trees planted by the streams of water.

1:3 And he shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or wither; and everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity].

Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You are my Comforter and the comforts that I received comforting me with Your very Presence.
