THE ENEMY WITHIN
Friend,You are welcome to THE TRUMPETER. Remember, It is a moment we are sharing the UNDILUTED word of God, preparing the saints for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We sincerely thank God for the people that have been following this preaching of the word of God and some of the amazing facts happening around the world today.
In this edition, we are going to look at some of the dangerous events and spirits prevalent in this age. They can be seen in a life, church, society and nation. The knowledge of these facts will help you understand where we are and what to expect,because a lot of things are happening these days.
Let us pray.

Our Heavenly father, sanctify us with your word for your word is truth. Minister knowledge and wisdom to us through your revelation and bring us to the fullness of your understanding. Thank you Lord,as all glory will be returned to you through Christ our Lord. Amen.
The subject today is ‘THE ENEMY WITHIN’
The Epistle of Jude verses 3 to 13.
“Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of our common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints. For there are certain men crept in privily, even they who were of old written of beforehand unto this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ. Now I desire to put you in remembrance, though ye know all things once for all, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And angels that kept not their own principality, but left their proper habitation, he hath kept in everlasting bonds under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, having in like manner with these given themselves over to fornication and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire. Yet in like manner these also in their dreamings defile the flesh, and set at nought dominion, and rail at dignities. But Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing judgment, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. But these rail at whatsoever things they know not: and what they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason, in these things are they destroyed. Woe unto them! For they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for hire, and perished in the gainsaying of Korah. These are they who are hidden rocks in your love-feasts when they feast with you, shepherds that without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn leaves without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; Wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness hath been reserved for ever.
You should know that the Epistle of Jude has one chapter only.
The author of the epistle was Jude, the blood relative of Jesus Christ who introduced himself as the bond servant of the Lord. His message were centered on the people that are called, sanctified and preserved. What a privilege to hear from the servant of The Lord today about the final hour we are living in,the works of the enemy on it and the plan of God.
I want us to know that the last battle of the end time is inside the church. You should know that many things are failing mankind today. I mean, the economic , moral, and political institutions are falling apart and so the enemy's target now is the body of Christ. With what you are seeing, you will know that there is problem. The enemy we now face is not outside but inside, all to discredit the truth and make people believe lies. With the rate things are going, if the days are not shortened, there shall be more great falling away.
That's why, Jude is directing here, saying with all diligence, that you should contend earnestly for that original faith, that old path religion that was once delivered to the saints.
Why?
a. Because of many things you shall hear today.
b. Because that the enemy looks wiser, knowing that he has but a short time
c. Because of the enemy within.
D. Because God wants to save your soul.
When you hear the word, "contend" At least, the first thing that will come to your mind is, "there is problem" "there is battle" . The Greek root word for " contend" is " to fight or to "stand for". It refers to battling, warring and struggling. When Jude writes, he used the present form of verb, which indicates a continuous action. He is referring on our faith based on what we believe about salvation.
What we are saying here is that the enemy is seriously threatening our faith. You know that when the Israelites left Egypt in a hurry, some mix- multitude followed them. If anyone sees them that time, he would have assumed that they all were the same. That is what we are talking about.
If I may ask you my friend, what do you believe now as a Christian? You know a lot of things are happening. It seems there is confusion, here and there. Majority don't know their left and right. The whole thing is like a fashion company where people rush for the latest in town. I think, it's not an exaggeration to say here, "Heaven is no longer interested in some of the activities going on here in his name. I mean, some of the activities going on here and now.Actually, where we are is that majority of men and women are using God while few are used by God. There are people who used God and others, God is using them. I don't really know where you belong?
The Word of God says that certain men shall creep unawares, already foretold about as ungodly and will try to turn the grace of God into lasciviousness. They feast with us daily, yet they are wolves in sheep clothing.
Do you know that the right belief and the original teachings of the saints are eroding away? It seems we have gone back to the old days of Eli where the light of God had gone out of the temple, the eyes of older ones are growing dim and so the result becomes the scarcity of the word.
However, Just like brother Jude, are you seeing the false teachers infiltrating the church on daily basis? These apostates creep in, sneaking in a little bit at a time under the guise of being true and faithful but in reality- counterfeit. What are we not seeing today? Yes, I know that we should not judge but it is so when the spirit of God has gone out of us. We must correct when we have tried the spirits. My brothers and sisters, God is warning this age before He visits it again. Do you think He will allow His project to continue this way? I don't think so. He is coming for a judgement and only the wise shall know it.
Remember, the subject again, " the enemy within" There is enemy within.
Today, the false apostate liberal teachers creep in under the pretense of being correct and wanting to grow the church and build up the saints. They won't announce, " I am Apostate or a rank liberal, I don't believe in creation or original concept of marriage or I think all about Revelation is symbolic" You won't hear something like that . No, they will just camouflage, mix truth with error and once inside ministries and churches, they can do significant damage with their flawed, counterfeit and apostate doctrines.
Man of God, are you still in the The Lord? You started very well but because of one thing or the other, you are changing your stand and message, just to satisfy these hungry generation? Remember, Saul said to Samuel, I did it just to please the people. Who are you trying to please this time around? Indeed, this is the itching ears generation. People calling on the name of The Lord with their mouths but their hearts are far away from him. Are you manufacturing lies to attract more seeds? You know, anything goes now. A native doctors once phoned and said, Sir, what you are saying is 100% truth but my confusion is the rate, some of your fellow preachers are coming to me to acquire their powers. I'm confused because I know that if they are true to what they profess, their power is greater and powerful than what I'm doing here. So, this confused me" How can one have the ultimate power and leave it to go for a fallen power. I wonder"
Have you seen it? Man of God, where are you now as you are hearing my voice? Do you know that many of our members can now tell you some of these dangerous corners because they have been there, but it didn't work. I think the best attire for the devil now is big suit and tile or a well sown cassock to deceive. It's high time, some of us stop all these nonsense and worship God in truth and spirit. Even, some members of the church are worsening the matter. They want miracle at all cost. One man said, anyone who will salvage the world situation, whether Christ or AntiChrist, we shall accept him. I don't know. These followers are just for the signs. There is no passion and love of God in them.
My Friend, who is your pastor? I pity some pastors now who say, this person or that person is my member? Friend, you are in error. Some of these people are not with you really. Many of them lack total commitment to things of God.That's why a person can attend six prayer houses with different demons in a week and then on Sunday patronize you. You know as they move around, they are collecting different spirits. No wonder, we have many fabrications and lies in some quarters in the name of prophesy or God said. An invited preacher said after all, I have given them what they wanted. Haba! I think in a time to come, you will hear a message, "Which way, the Church? I'm not saying that no one shall be saved. I think, we still have the remnants who have refused to bow to this 21st century Baal. The Psalmist, David called them, the hidden ones of God. They might not have built big cathedral or mansions or appearing at the medias but they have the seal of God in their lives.Are you amongst them?
Our enemy now is not the devil but men used by the devil. They are with us. I don't know the one around you, telling you that you must bring this or that before God answers you? When there is threat, force, intimidation in the act of our worship, then there is danger. Sir, how much are you charging before prayers? I said sometime ago, it is now small money, small prayers, big money- big prayers.How much is your bottle of olive oil? I am not saying that people should not give for the work of The Lord but I think it be done willingly and sacrificial but not out of force, intimidation and threats of deaths or disasters.
The word of God has much to say about false teachers coming into the church, upsetting and dividing it. They are the enemies within. I think one factor in the propagation of these false teaching is popularity. Everyone wants to be popular. So, we can fix anything just to be relevant. Charismatic celebrities tend to attract quite a following. Be careful- don't ever be taken in by a charismatic personality, no matter who it is! As God is preparing his warriors for the this end time move, so the camp of the enemy are filled with their servants also to counterfeit the original work of God. The terrible situation is seen everywhere.
The growing number of Bible versions have watered down the authority of the Bible. The central part of worship in local churches today is not the preaching of true word of God, but the using of many spurious methods. We have apostasy in Modern gospel music, apostasy in the various program of the church that overshadows the preaching of the true gospel, such as worldly entertainment, inter religious dialogues and other worldly activities. As we are trying the best method of reaching the multitude, we are trying to be free this time around, so that we, not lose them. A times, we ask some rich gurus in our congregation what to preach. Is it not funny these days! There is hardly an preaching on holiness, sanctification, prophecy, hell and judgement from some of our pulpits today. We just want comfort as we desire to go to the same heaven that Peter, Paul, the patriarchs of old went.
Friend, It's not as you think. If one sin chased away our first parents, one sin made the meekest man on the earth not to enter into the promised land and one sin made a couple to lie cold in the presence of the apostles for lying, then imagine what happens for people with many luggages?Name it, unforgiveness, lust, immorality, gossip, envy, hatred, jealousy, sycophancy. Just go on and on. Friend, Don't you think you need mercy and forgiveness.
Today, many people are no longer believing the Bible as the complete word of God. There is a lot of false doctrine being taught. It is time to contend for the truth in our fast changing world. Do you have the courage to stand for the truth of the word when everyone around you is laughing at it, criticizing it, disbelieving it? Ever since, the word of God came out, the ungodly men have done everything in their power to destroy it but God has a permanent answer for all of their foolishness.
The book of Isaiah 40:8 says;
“The grass withereth, the flower fadeth; but the word of our God shall stand forever”
Halleluyah!
Friend. are you an enemy within the body? Now, calls for your repentance. In the next series, when we shall look at the errors of this century, the characters mentioned by Jude and then we look at our lives today. Some of us have become Cain, others possessed by the spirit of Balaam while the remainings are Korah’s. How many ministries are open today, out of rebellion and conflicts?Yet, we call upon the name of The Lord.
With all these, are we not losing relevance day after day? Some of us now are a disgrace and shame to the faith we profess. Check some of the dailies and see some comments about some people of God. When we have gone more into greed, corruption,filth and immoral living even more than the morally unsaved person who looks too good and live a peaceful life. Mr. Preacher, are you seeking for man’s adulation and confirmation that success is in numbers and what a man may possess materially?Some, have raised themselves up to the status of a celebrity and all the exposure that accompanies such fame.
Have you seen where we are now? What a shameful and disgusting example the church has become in a world dying and living in darkness that leads to final death and everlasting damnation in hell. Some of us have become a shameful example. See, how the world messes us up when they want to have their way. They touch us anyhow during the time of their politics, because they discovered that our fire is no more. Samson is now grinding flour in the house of his enemies. Where is the fire? I asked, where is the original fire or are we making it up, just to confuse the weak ones following us? We have become a playground of fun and games. We now raise money by worldly techniques instead of praying and teaching people what God says and His principle. Anyway, my listener, I don't know the way you see all these things but I think, the end is caught up with us and unfortunately, majority are not ready.
Friend, as I begin to close, I must let you know that God wants your total commitment in this end time. You should not be confused with what you see today. Some of our mega- stations are not helping issues. They have become havens for people who want to hide and not get involved. They just appear on Sundays to feel good. The spiritual welfare of our society could well be laid at the feet of the preachers who do nothing but talk a cheap and adulterous gospel.
Now, if I may ask you "Are you born again" or are you still playing church. Is your name in the Lamb’s book of life?
Remember, all of us must spend eternity somewhere. No exception! Are you helping these enemies of the gospel to operate by forcing people do things outside the will of God? Atimes, they manufacture lies and promote heresy to maintain you. How long will you continue like this?. Are you a prayer collector, going up and down collecting prayers from fake religious centers? You know all the pastors but you don't know the God of the pastors. You run for miracles but you reject the Miracle worker Himself.
It's time to repent. The trumpeter loves you and that's why you are hearing this truth today.
Friend, with all your profession in Christian faith, are you practicing evil? All you need now is the grace of God daily to escape the things that should happen to this decaying world. Sodom would have repented if they were warned before time as we are. Really, we have all the Cathedrals, Bibles, decorations, Spiritual make-ups, flamboyances as the Laodicean church, different programs, crusades, night vigils, day meetings, religious tactics but the question is " What is the real content of our worship and sincere love to God? Do you have all these Godly blessings, grace and privilege, yet practice evil?
Friend, you can make a mark today!
If you are a Christian, you should stand for the truth always. Be alert and sober for your salvation draws more closer than you expect.
Are you an unbeliever, living in sin and iniquity, can't you see the cloud bending?You are misusing the blessings of life provided by God. You eat, sleep and wake up healthly. He sends his rain to you. He protects you and showers his mercy on daily basis, you breathe his air and drink his water. Really, you may be enjoying now but mocking him, thinking you are too sharp and smart.
Let me call you my friend,at least for hearing my voice, You must pay for all these. I mean it,for closing your eyes here is settling for your eternity forever. No sinner shall go unpunished.
I will pray for you now if you want to give your life to Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus, I come to you now by faith. I'm a sinner. Forgive me and give me the grace to live for you. I reject self, the world and satan. From today, I promise to follow you till the end. Thank you Lord for accepting me. Amen.
Now, let me pray for you;
Lord, I thank you for this soul coming to you. I can see the angels rejoicing on his behalf. Forgive him all his iniquities and write his name in the book of life.Please give him power over the flesh, the world and the enemy. Thank you Lord for answering us in Jesus name.
