Friend, you are welcome to THE TRUMPETER. Remember, it is a moment we are sharing the UNDILUTED word of God, preparing the saints for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. It's a moment we also look at the amazing facts happening in the world today and understand them in the light of the revealed word of God. We also use this medium to warn the unbelieving world about the fast approaching judgement of God. He is a merciful God, I know,but also a consuming fire.
Remember, last time we stopped somewhere.

We thank you Lord for this time to share in your word. Sanctify us through your truth for your word is truth. Let there be understanding, knowledge and wisdom for my hearer today and for the salvation of souls through Christ our Lord. Amen.
HOW WILL YOU MEET THE KING? PART 2
Mark chapter 13 verses 33-37;
“Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. It is as when a man, sojourning in another country, having left his house, and given authority to his servants, to each one his work, commanded also the porter to watch. Watch therefore: for ye know not when the lord of the house cometh, whether at even, or at midnight, or at cock crowing, or in the morning; lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch”
2SAMUEL chapter 19 verses 10-12,15
“ And Absalom, whom we anointed over us, is dead in battle. Now therefore why speak ye not a word of bringing the king back? And king David sent to Zadok and to Abiathar the priests, saying, Speak unto the elders of Judah, saying, Why are ye the last to bring the king back to his house? seeing the speech of all Israel is come to the king, to bring him to his house. Ye are my brethren, ye are my bone and my flesh: wherefore then are ye the last to bring back the king?
15, So the king returned, and came to the Jordan. And Judah came to Gilgal, to go to meet the king, to bring the king over the Jordan.”
Remember we narrated the words of our Master, Jesus Christ, telling his disciples about His coming back to take His people home . He used the story of a man who went to a far journey and gave authority to his servants. He gave them responsibilities and to occupy till He comes back.He admonished them to be on the watch always for His return. He may come at midnight, at the cock crowing or in the morning.
The story of Jesus had happened before in a picture as portrayed with the return of the King David to establish his reign in Jerusalem.
From the passages read in the book of 2 Samuel chapter 19 and 20, we saw the king David who was chased away from the throne by his rebellious and ambitious son. Absalom later died when he rode upon a mule, and the mule went under the thick boughs of a great oak, and his head caught hold of the oak, and he was taken up between the heaven and the earth, and the mule that was under him went away.
Friend, I said, this is the way of all wickedness. What a tragedy and a loss when a soul hangs in between the heavens and the earth- rejected by all. This kind of experience will not be your portion in Jesus name!
After the whole incident, the King David sent to Zadok and Abiathar the priests so that they speak to the elders of Judah to bring the King back to His kingdom and throne. Friend, with our activities and lifestyles today, we have removed the Almighty God from the throne of our Lives. Some people have remained wicked and terrible with their actions today.
How are you treating this Master? Remember, He will return to take over the whole earth. He is coming to establish His righteous throne forever.
My listener, we looked at the two characters, the man- Shimei, the mocker and Ziba, the pretender or fast guy in our last episode. We said these two people are in the church and society today. Really, the master is recording every motives and actions. He will reward accordingly. I don't know the class you belonged?
Now, we are looking at the 3rd, 4th and 5th personalities. The characters you shall see when the Master comes or when the rapture takes place. Remember Jesus warned, He may come suddenly. How prepared are you? Friend, the enemy of your soul is keeping this kind of message away from you to destroy you but you shall not perish after hearing this message and being watchful in Jesus name!
The 3rd character we found at the return of the king was the man, MEPHIBOSHETH .
3. SOME PEOPLE WILL BE WAITING INDEED.
They are the “Mephibosheth Christians”. His story is recorded in 2 Samuel Chapter 19 verses 24-30. He finally met the king. Remember, he was the only man who remained alive at the house of Saul. He was the son of Jonathan, the bosom friend of David. He was saved and transformed because of the covenant. He was lame and crippled. He was hid at the house of Machir which means "sold out" in Lodebar which equally means a "place of no pasture or progress"
Friend, you and I are Mephibosheth’s. Sin crippled us at the garden of Eden. We hid ourselves to avoid some penalties of our disobedience . We were sold into the hands of the evil one. No wonder, some families and lives are suffering today. Are you suffering from near- success syndrome, pre-mature death, marital breakdown, backwardness, sickness and other infirmities? You are in Lodebar.
But, I have good news for you today. Don't lose hope. The father had made a covenant in His dear son, Jesus Christ to deal with that situation and to save you. The miracle of the Lord is coming on your way now! He is calling you and saving you from those calamities in the name of Jesus.....Amen.
The story of man’s restoration is in the book of 2 Samuel chapter 9. He was restored into fullness, abundance and supernatural fellowship. All that you lose in the time past is being restored to you today in Jesus name.
Mephibosheth came to meet the king. He waited for his return. Since the king left, he neither dressed his feet, nor trimmed his beard, nor washed his clothes. He waited for His master, who had shown him mercy. When the king returned and asked him why he didn't escort him out. He told the king the way Ziba confused him to stay aback because of his lameness. The same Ziba who lied against him. What deception?
Anyone lying against you in your family, denomination or business area shall be put to shame in the name of Jesus. Amen!
The king told Mephibosheth that he had given his land to ZIBA, he replied, " What is land, O king when I have seen my King face to face. Ziba can take all. I have seen my king come back”. What a Christian heart!
Friend, are you hearing me? Will you rejoice at the kings return or will you be ashamed at His coming. Oh! Lord, please Prepare me, my family, my congregation, my friends for your coming like Mephibosheth. This is my utmost desire.Oh! What a happy day it shall be!
The 4th character to look at during the return of the king is the man called BARZILLAI.
4.SOME WILL BE WORKING WHEN HE COMES.
This is the one i called the “Barzillai Christians”. His story can be found in 2 Samuel chapter 19 verses 31-40.
For Barzillai, though 80, yet working and waiting for the return of the king. Though rich, yet committed himself in the things of God and served him with his wealth. He was faithful in his service and stewardship as seen in 2 Sam chapter 17 verses 27 to 29. A Christian, both small and big, rich or poor, can emulate this man. The king desired to reward him when he returned. Its quiet unfortunate that Some Christians are not like him. Though saved but not working for the Lord faithfully. They are afflicted with many diseases and so will give many excuses.
Such sicknesses are the one a minister of the Gospel called;
SUNDAYTITIS- this is " Morbus Sabbaticus
Others BLACK TONGUE which is Idle gossip
Some, SPIRITUAL PARALYSIS which is " please Get someone else. I'm not available.
Some, SORE EYES- they are Constantly looking for wrongs and faults.
Others, SPIRITUAL INDIGESTION- saying, they do not want strong meat
Some, SPIRITUAL MALNUTRITION -always weak in faith.
While others are SPIRITUAL BRUISES- Dont touch some areas.
Friend, which one are you in this final hour?
Finally,, we have the last character. The Bible in 2 Samuel chapter 20 verses 1-2 pointed out the life of a terrible man called SHEBA
3.SOME WILL BE WITHOUT.
They are Sheba Christians. He caused a division amongst the men of Israel and Judah. He was the son of Bichri, a Benjamite. These are the ones who claimed to belong to Christ but are children of Belial. In their lives, they may chose to overthrow Him always. They are wicked and arrogant. No wonder, he perished out of the way.They are the ones who may help the Antichrist in his deadly agenda but shall be destroyed at the battle of Armageddon. They hate the king and will do everything to stop his reign. These represents the UNBELIEVING BELIEVERS, ENEMIES OF CHRIST,ILLUMINATI'S and the architects of the New World Order.
I asked again, How will you meet the king?
Which category of Christians do you belong?
Are you an unbeliever, why can't you choose life today by accepting Jesus Christ into your life as Lord and personal Savior and be ready to meet him?
Will you surrender to him today before it becomes too late?
Say this prayer after me and believe it.
Lord Jesus, I come to you now by faith. I'm a sinner. Forgive me and give me the grace to live for you. I reject self, the world and Satan. From today, I promise to follow you till the end. Thank you Lord for accepting me. Amen.
Congrats ,my friend ,for the new life in Christ you've received today.
If you are sick, afflicted, in sorrow or having problems in your finance,marriage or studies, I now pray for you.
Lord, locate my friend now, heal all diseases by the reason of your word, arrest anything challenging him and make him to rise from minimum to maximum. Connect him to his destiny and disconnect every enemy which surrounds him. Bless his business, his marriage and studies. Thank you Lord.
