A. Do not throw your confidence away

"Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence,"

Fling away, cast not or "apoballo" in Greek meaning: to throw off, cast away. It's like the blind man when called by JESUS, cast away his garments, his garments no longer matter to him, which is a symbol of his reputation. What matters to him, is he will be able to see, he looks forward to something, in this case, his reward from JESUS of being able to see.

10:50 And throwing off his outer garment, he leaped up and came to Jesus.

Hebrews 3:6 (Amplified Bible)

3:6 But Christ (the Messiah) was faithful over His [own Father’s] house as a Son [and Master of it]. And it is we who are [now members] of this house, if we hold fast and firm to the end our joyful and exultant confidence and sense of triumph in our hope [in Christ].

1. To preach the WORD even if it kills you.

B. Your confidence carries a great and glorious reward

"for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward"

We are motivated to do by rewards.

Recompense of reward or "misthapodosia" in Greek meaning: payment of wages due, recompence.

We already have the boldness, we should be praying that the LORD will continually give us strength so we can hold on our boldness, not the other way around, of praying "give us boldness" for we already have it, the issue is "if we can hold on it." If we receive the gift of GOD that is our salvation, we also need to be bold in receiving our full reward when He returns. Unbelievers who are self-righteous and hypocrites receive their rewards in full here on earth, while us, we receive our rewards in full when CHRIST meets us.

WORD of GOD rewards us by keeping them and another bonus reward

19:11 Moreover, by them is Your servant warned (reminded, illuminated, and instructed); and in keeping them there is great reward.

Majority of rewards will be given in heaven

Matthew 5:12 (Amplified Bible)

5:12 Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Rewards will also be given at the resurrection of the just. (Second resurrection)

We are a creature that always expects rewards and that's normal about us, and GOD can understand it for He's our Creator, that's why majority of GOD's promises are given rewards.

Thank You very much LORD JESUS, and Praise You for encouraging me to hold on my boldness, You have given me strength to hold on my boldness and You will give me great rewards after this life.
