V. THESIS:
Thank You very much LORD JESUS for Your body and blood gives me fresh remembrance of Your forgiveness, salvation, justification and redemption from sins and it's powers and curses.

VIII. MAIN BODY:
A. These animal sacrifices brings a fresh remembrance of sins
"But [as it is] these sacrifices annually bring a fresh remembrance of sins"
Remembrance means recollection. Instead of reminding themselves of forgiveness, they remind themselves of sin.
Exodus 30:10 (Amplified Bible)
30:10 Aaron shall make atonement upon the horns of it once a year; with the blood of the sin offering of atonement once in the year shall he make atonement upon and for it throughout your generations. It is most holy to the Lord.
Notice the word "atonement" instead of "redemption", they are reminded that their sins are only covered up not yet forgiven or redeemed.
Hebrews 9:7 (Amplified Bible)
9:7 But into the second [division of the tabernacle] none but the high priest goes, and he only once a year, and never without taking a sacrifice of blood with him, which he offers for himself and for the errors and sins of ignorance and thoughtlessness which the people have committed.
1 John 1:7-9 (Amplified Bible)
1:7 But if we [really] are living and walking in the Light, as He [Himself] is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt [keeps us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations].
1:8 If we say we have no sin [refusing to admit that we are sinners], we delude and lead ourselves astray, and the Truth [which the Gospel presents] is not in us [does not dwell in our hearts].
1:9 If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action].
There are churches that admit that they're no longer a sinner and forgot the forgiveness they got from JESUS, yes we are no longer slaves to sin, but we're still sinners. Don't forget that, as long as we are in this body (temple) and we are living in this world whose god is the devil and not GOD, we are sinners.
2 Corinthians 4:4 (Amplified Bible)
4:4 For the god of this world has blinded the unbelievers’ minds [that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of God.

Leviticus 16:33-34 (Amplified Bible)
16:33 He shall make atonement for the Holy Sanctuary, for the Tent of Meeting, and for the altar [of burnt offering in the court], and shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly.
16:34 This shall be an everlasting statute for you, that atonement may be made for the Israelites for all their sins once a year. And Moses did as the Lord commanded him.
The old covenant on a yearly basis lets them remember sins, while the new testament, as often as we like, reminds us of forgiveness, salvation, justification and redemption brought by the blood and body of JESUS.
1 Corinthians 11:23-26 (Amplified Bible)
11:23 For I received from the Lord Himself that which I passed on to you [it was given to me personally], that the Lord Jesus on the night when He was treacherously delivered up and while His betrayal was in progress took bread,
11:24 And when He had given thanks, He broke [it] and said, Take, eat. This is My body, which is broken for you. Do this to call Me [affectionately] to remembrance.
11:25 Similarly when supper was ended, He took the cup also, saying, This cup is the new covenant [ratified and established] in My blood. Do this, as often as you drink [it], to call Me [affectionately] to remembrance.
11:26 For every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are representing and signifying and proclaiming the fact of the Lord’s death until He comes [again].
