Hebrews 9:20 (Amplified Bible)
9:20 Saying these words: This is the blood that seals and ratifies the agreement (the testament, the covenant) which God commanded [me to deliver to] you.
V. THESIS:
Thank You very much LORD JESUS for Your shed blood on the cross which sealed, confirmed, sanctioned and made valid the new covenant which came thru the LORD JESUS.

A. The Blood seals and ratifies the new covenant

Hebrews 13:20 (Amplified Bible)
13:20 Now may the God of peace [Who is the Author and the Giver of peace], Who brought again from among the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, by the blood [that sealed, ratified] the everlasting agreement (covenant, testament),
Zechariah 9:11 (Amplified Bible)
9:11 As for you also, because of and for the sake of the [covenant of the Lord with His people, which was sealed with sprinkled] covenant blood, I have released and sent forth your imprisoned people out of the waterless pit.

This New testament or new covenant of Grace that we're now living in is sealed, confirmed, sanctioned and made valid by the blood of JESUS. This covenant is far more greater than the old covenant.
B. The covenant delivered to us by GOD
"which God commanded [me to deliver to] you"
Hebrews 9:16-18 (Amplified Bible)
9:16 For where there is a [last] will and testament involved, the death of the one who made it must be established,
9:17 For a will and testament is valid and takes effect only at death, since it has no force or legal power as long as the one who made it is alive.
9:18 So even the [old] first covenant (God’s will) was not inaugurated and ratified and put in force without the shedding of blood.
This time it was delivered by GOD not by Moses. JESUS is GOD.
John 1:16-17 (Amplified Bible)
1:16 For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift.
1:17 For while the Law was given through Moses, grace (unearned, undeserved favor and spiritual blessing) and truth came through Jesus Christ.
