A. GOD's desire is to show us and make His Purpose very clear

Isaiah 54:9-10 (Amplified Bible)

There's no need for an oath because GOD Himself who is Eternal and Unfailing GOD, is more than enough, but to make it more clear for us, GOD took an oath.
