Hebrews 4:16 (Amplified Bible)
4:16 Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].

I have GOD's Grace and Mercy in myself because of JESUS's faith while I approach the Throne of Grace with confidence.

VIII. MAIN BODY:
A. Boldly draw near to the throne of grace
"Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners),"
Boldly came from the Greek word: "parrhesia" (noun,feminine) meaning:
1. freedom in speaking, unreservedness in speech
2. free and fearless confidence, cheerful courage, boldness, assurance
3. the deportment by which one becomes conspicuous or secures publicity
You are cheerful, courageous, assured without fear and with confidence, because everytime we come to GOD, we use our faith.
Hebrews 11:1 (Amplified Bible)
11:1 NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].
Hebrews 13:6 (Amplified Bible)
13:6 So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me?
Ephesians 2:18 (Amplified Bible)

Ephesians 3:12 (Amplified Bible)
3:12 In Whom, because of our faith in Him, we dare to have the boldness (courage and confidence) of free access (an unreserved approach to God with freedom and without fear).
It's because of our boldness, we come to Him in faith, because we can already received His manifestations of grace, once we receive it via faith.
B. Receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need
"that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it]."
Mercy is kindness and compassion, while grace is that which affords joy, pleasure, delight, sweetness, charm, loveliness; of the merciful kindness by which God, exerting his holy influence upon souls, turns them to Christ, keeps, strengthens, increases them in Christian faith, knowledge, affection, and kindles them to the exercise of the Christian virtues. So if a person has mercy, he really can't show it without GOD's Grace upon his life. It has to go together: Mercy + Grace and it all can be found only on the Throne of Grace of GOD.
We, as human being, have a need every time, that's being human. But GOD does not have a need, He's the Provider.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (The Message)
12:9 and then he told me, My grace is enough; it's all you need. My strength comes into its own in your weakness. Once I heard that, I was glad to let it happen. I quit focusing on the handicap and began appreciating the gift. It was a case of Christ's strength moving in on my weakness.

4:6 Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns.
4:7 Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

IX. CONCLUSION:
I have GOD's Grace and Mercy in myself because of JESUS's faith while I approach the Throne of Grace with confidence.
