Summary: a message about vision seeing what god sees.

What do you see.

Introduction:

hab 2:2-3 And then GOD answered: “Write this. Write what you see.

Write it out in big block letters so that it can be read on the run.

This vision-message is a witness pointing to what’s coming.

MARK 8:22 Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him. 23 So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town. And when He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything.

• The world and circumstances have a way of blinding us from the promises of God.

• Many of us let our past blind us to Gods promises

• Many of us let people define us and blind us to Gods promises.

1 cor 2:9 But as it is written:

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,

Nor have entered into the heart of man

The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”[c]

10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

• Holy spirit

• We as born again believers must allow the holy spirit to teach and guide us as he is a very present help.

• Jesus said it is better that he goes so that he can send another helper.

• 3d glasses

The glasses change your vision, you see things in a whole different way every thing looks brighter and more alive, without them every thing looks blurry and out of focus. when you are a new creation you relies that your past can no longer define you, your past can only describe you, in my past there are many word that could have described me,

you are now defined by that reality and the reality of who He (Jesus) is.

Heb :11 Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, [a]the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

2 For by [faith—[b]trust and holy fervor born of faith] the men of old had divine testimony borne to them and obtained a good report.

3 By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.

• Word

• In the far east the people plant a tree called a the Chinese bamboo. During the firt four years, they water and fertilize the plant with seemingly little or no result.then the fifth they again apply water and fertilizer – and in five weeks time the tree grows ninety feet in height. The obvious question is whether the Chinese bamboo tree grew ninety feet in five weeks or five years . the answer is that the tree grew ninety feet in five years, if at any time during those five years the people had stopped watering and fertilizing the tree, the tree would have died.

• Faith

o We meed to understand what faith is

 Trust and reliance in God and Who he says he is

 That he can and will do what he says he can do

o Where faith comes from

 Faith comes from hearing the word of God

 Not built on opinion

 Not built on some ones experience

 Not built on what other people say

The enemy becomes active in your life when he see that you are about to take hold of your destiny.

a. The enemy will come straight away to kill your vision, if he can get the vision early he has a chance to stop you, talk you out of it.

b. The enemy came after Mary & Joseph to kill jesus

c. We have to do what mary and joseph did they protected Jesus

d. We need to nurture our vision just like a baby

1. Who we are in christ

1.1. We need to understand who we are so that we can receive Gods promises.

1.1.1. Often the devil will come in and lie to you and make you feel that you have no worth no value and a waste of time.

1.1.2. We cant let the world define who we are

1.1.3. We cant even allow people to define who we are

1.1.4. We need to know who we are in Christ, have a God idendity

Isa 44:2 I am your Creator. You were in my care even before you were born

1. For I know the purposes which I am purposing for you, says Jehovah; purposes of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jer 29:11

2. I am God’s childfor I am born again of the incorruptible seed of the Word of God, which lives and abides forever (1 Peter 1:23).

3. I am God’s workmanship, created in Christ unto good works (Ephesians 2:10).

4. I am a joint-heir with Christ (Romans 8:17).

5. I am more than a conqueror through Him Who loves me (Romans 8:37).

6. I am an overcomer by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony

7. I am part of a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a purchased people (1 Peter 2:9).

8. I am the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21).

9. I am the head and not the tail; I am above only and not beneath (Deut 28:13).

10. I am the light of the world (Matthew 5:14).

11. I am forgiven of all my sins and washed in the Blood (Ephesians 1:7).

12. I am redeemed from the curse of sin, sickness, and poverty (Galatians 3:13)

13. I am greatly loved by God (Romans 1:7; Ephesians 2:4; 1 Thessalonians 1:4).

Once we know who we are and the way that God sees us then we can overcome and face our circumstances and challenges the way that god sees them.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,

Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD.

9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth,

So are My ways higher than your ways,

And My thoughts than your thoughts

Circmstances

God is too good to be unkind

God is too wise to be confused

When I can not trace his hand, I can always trust his heart.

I see a mountain you see a miracle

I see a wasteland you see a garden

I see dry bones you see an army

I see impossible you see all things are possible

You are I am but I’ve been blind all this time

My God touch me I want to see what you see

I see a seed you see a harvest

I see the water you see the wine

I see the brocken body you see the body

I see sickness you see healing

I unemployment you see the perfect job

I see loneliness you see me loves

I see being single you see my partner

I see my enemy you see my footstool

I see my sin you see the blood and grace

I see poverty you see provision

I see my failures you see a redeemer

I see my inanaqueces you see my purpose.

I see my father you see a son

I see a shepard yo see a lamb
