1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (Amplified Bible)

Be unceasing in prayer [praying perseveringly];
Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will].

For this is the will of God, that you should be consecrated (separated and set apart for pure and holy living): that you should abstain and shrink from all sexual vice,

Being joyful like praying always is a lifestyle. You are not joyful, but you live in joyful lifestyle, knowing all the prayers you have asked GOD, already you received it.

RECEIVED is past tense, so we already received everything from Him.

B. Pray continually

Seek the Lord and His strength; yearn for and seek His face and to be in His presence continually!
Ephesians 6:18 (Amplified Bible)
Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people).
Philippians 4:6 (Amplified Bible)
Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
With your own prayer language: praying in tongues yes you can be "online" like 24/7 internet, unlimited in your prayers, GOD does not mind if every minute detail you consult to Him in prayer. He loves it.
C. Give thanks in all circumstances
"Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will]."

When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the Lord your God for all the good land which He has given you.

Giving thanks to the Father, Who has qualified and made us fit to share the portion which is the inheritance of the saints (God’s holy people) in the Light.

Find a good reason to thank GOD in all circumstances. Don't see the bad or the negative in every situation, but see every situation in your life that GOD will make it up to you, it's always for a good reason to prosper and let you succeed.

We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose.
