1. Image:
a. Image means "likeness", "statue", "profile", "representation", "resemblance"
b. Supporting verses:
"Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of God."
2 Corinthians 4:4 (Amplified Bible)
For the god of this world has blinded the unbelievers’ minds [that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of God.

We see our LORD JESUS CHRIST called in several names: one with GOD and in the form of GOD, Perfect Imprint and Very Image of GOD, Image and Likeness of GOD. If you're not convinced, JESUS CHRIST is GOD, then you need to know more about GOD's Words.

The LORD JESUS CHRIST is Real, Express Image, GOD's rays, Image, and equal with GOD. If you have seen the SON, you have already seen the FATHER.
2. Invisible GOD
a. Invisible means "that cannot be seen", "imperceptible by the sight", "imperceptibility to the eye", "manner to escape the sight"

GOD is Invisible GOD, so can someone fashion a graven image and worship it is a total nonsense for me.

And these blind people, they do know that CHRIST is the Image of GOD, yet they worship the human mother of JESUS CHRIST instead of the Real Image of GOD. Nothing and nonsense. Come to GOD, forsake your idolatries.
B. Firstborn over all creation
"He is the Firstborn of all creation."
1. Firstborn - means "eldest", "first brought forth", "first in the order of nativity", "most excellent", "most distinguished or exalted", "first in the order of birth"
By birth, we mean, CHRIST JESUS came first by birth over all GOD's creations, because CHRIST JESUS as GOD, does not have any beginning or ending, He is the Alpha and Omega.
Revelation 1:8 (Amplified Bible)
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, says the Lord God, He Who is and Who was and Who is to come, the Almighty (the Ruler of all).
Isaiah 9:6 (Amplified Bible)
For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace.
He is the Eternal GOD FATHER, as One of the Names of our LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Firstborn and first-begotten have equal meaning and weight. CHRIST JESUS was and is Supreme over all GOD's creations.
