Gods Not Enough "He’s way Tooo Much!"
First of all, I need to give credit to Jesse Duplantis for that sermon title, it may be a little over the top, but it certainly is true,
Kind of like saying, "my Gods not ordinary, He’s Super Extraordinary!"
And He is, in every way, shape and form, you don’t ever have to worry about wearing Him out with your needs, or running Him out of His resources trying to meet them for you.
He is more than capable of taking care of you, and He longs to, if you will only trust and let Him! Amen?
The trust issue, did you know that is a major issue for some people today, they think since everyone else in their life has let them down at some point,
That if they completely put they’re trust in Him with everything they have, He will do the same thing, therefore they hold back in some areas of their lives, never truly experiencing the fullness of Gods Blessings!
Lets look to the word this morning, that shows Gods complete commitment to His people, lets read in Exodus 3:14 MSG.
14. God said to Moses, "I Am who I Am. Tell the People of Israel, ’I Am sent me to you.’"
God wants you to know this morning and the world to know, I Am Whatever you need me to be, He is faithful and He will never let you down,
As we’ve seen on the news, government may let you down and disappoint you, your fellow man and even your family may do the same, but God remains steadfast and true, because of the Immense, Overwhelming Love that He has for you!
An Agape Love, a no matter what happens, or no matter what you do, I will still Love you kind of Love!
He is your source, to have your every need, not only met, but exceeded!
And whatever your need, and by the way, its ok to have needs, if we didn’t have any needs, we wouldn’t require any faith
and if we didn’t have any faith, we wouldn’t be able to have a relationship with God, through His Son Jesus! Amen?
Because the same faith it takes to accept Jesus as your personal Savior and become born again, is the same faith it’s takes to enjoy every other promise that has ever been made in the Bible.
promises that are yours to enjoy as an heir, simply for no other reason, only because your a child of God!
TBS. in the 23 psalm, the Lord is my Sheppard, I shall not want, God doesn’t want you to be in want, He gets no Glory from that,
There is no parent, even the poorest parent, in the most undeveloped nation, who wants there child to suffer want, or do without!
God is no different, we are His Children, we are His Creation, each one of us a one of a kind, no two finger prints the same, each one special enough to have their own identification!
If you stop and think about that, it’s amazing,
Answers.com states that there have been born between 100 to 110 billion people on planet earth since time began,
Each with their own unique identity, Gods Love for us, is beyond amazing, 110 billion different fingerprints and He created everyone of them to be different in the confined space of a finger tip!
Even more amazing, TBS.(the bible says) He knows the very number of the hairs, on each of those 110 billion heads of hair.
Matt. 7:11 NKJ
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
This is what Clarke’s Commentary has to say,
If ye, then, being evil - who are radically and diabolically depraved, yet feel yourselves led, by natural affection, to give those things to your children which are necessary to support their lives, how much more will your Father who is in heaven, whose nature is infinite goodness, mercy, and grace, give good things -through his grace and Spirit, the Holy Ghost
Ephesians 2:10 ISV
For we are God’s masterpiece, created in the Messiah Jesus to perform good actions thatGod prepared long ago to be our way of life.
The accuser may try to tell you and convince that you don’t matter to God, and that your not worthy of the blessings that He has for you, but that’s not what the word says is it?
Not to sound redundant, but we need to be redundant when it comes to Gods word, and the word says faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God
and no matter how many times we hear this, no matter how much truth is in that spoken word from God, the devil still tries to steal it from us, each and every time that its spoken!
Even right now, he is stealing it from somebody, just say devil, your a liar and no matter how you may try, you can’t steal the truth, speak it out, get used to hearing yourself make that declaration!
That’s why TBS to him who has ears, let him hear!
Well, I just don’t feel worthy this morning,
listen, it’s when you don’t feel worthy that the accuser is stealing your blessing right out from underneath of you and you don’t even know it!
Jesus has made you worthy to partake, not your feelings!
Do you remember when Jesus was baptized and God said these words of His Son, even before Jesus had performed one miracle, He said "This is my beloved Son, in whom I Am we’ll pleased"
It’s the same with us, our works don’t make us, or qualify us to have the righteousness of God, our relationship with Jesus does and that’s the only thing that does!
This is the Truth, you are and you became Gods beloved son or daughter, in whom He is well pleased, the moment you became born again, Praise God!
That’s why all of heaven celebrates when you do, Glory to God in the Highest!
One word, is all that you need from God, one word from God can turn any situation around, no matter how the circumstances may seem to appear.
The accuser will always try to use circumstances, to paint Gods involvement, completely out of the picture!
He is more than able to supply your every need abundantly and not only is He able, He wants to supply your every need TBS says it gives Him great pleasure to do so!
Ain’t nobody ever gonna Love you the way that God Loves you!
Somebody ought to be given God a shout up in this place! Praise God!
Eph. 3:20 NKJ
20. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
*If you have a physical, emotional, financial need, or one you don’t even know how to describe,
Whether it’s a carry over from a 100 yesterday’s, or one that your not even aware of in the future, He has already provided abundantly for it to be met!
There is nothing new under the sun, that you could come up with, that would surprise Him as far as a need, in your life.
Because He has already been there, conquered and been victorious over every need imaginable, or even unimaginable!
Praise the Lord, Great God Almighty!!
God has seen it all, your past and your future, And He wants you to know that it looks good! Not only good, but Fantastic!
Start looking at yourself through the eyes of God for a change!
I think you’ll like what your seeing a whole lot better, Amen?
Will there be times things aren’t going the way they seem like they should sometimes,
YES, But Its just a trick of the enemy, its just a little commercial disrubting your regularly scheduled programing, your future has never looked more promising,
And with God involved in the details, and I thank God that He is, it doesn’t really matter how things may look anyways in the natural,
because your always going to come out on the best end, on the right side, of whatever it is, with God when you trust Him!
If you are giving God your all, He will always give you His all, Amen?
Luke 6:38 NASB
"Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure-- pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return." (LC)
Giving to God is one area, we ought to be excited about when we have a chance to do it,
When you know about Gods law of resoprosity and how it works, you get excited about giving! (Church in FL.)
Same measure back to you, only shaken to gather and running over when it’s returned to you,
That’s like giving a bushel of picked ear corn, which is about 6 to 8 dozen, and receiving back a bushel of shelled corn, which is about 60 to 80 dozen. Praise God!
If you do your best, He will always do His Best and His Best, is the way to much part, you know the feed 5,000 and still have 12 baskets left over type return!
There is nothing that God is not willing to help you with and I mean absolutely nothing, God Loves to help His Children!
The more you understand His grace and mercy, the more comfortable you feel leaving the outcome in your life, up to Him.
It’s the peace of mind, that passes all understanding, it’s a safe place, it a place where you find yourself, leaning on the everlasting arms of Jesus, knowing that whatever happens, happens, its all good! Amen?
Relying completely on Gods grace and mercy, its only available by having a real and intimate relationship with God, through His Son Jesus,
I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that, everyone has had at least one best friend in their lives.
One thing that is hard to figure,
is why more people don’t want a best friend relationship,
With the one who made them and knows them better than anyone!
Most people like friends who are actually interested in them and let me tell you, there is no one more interested in you than God!
He loves us, because He loves His Son and the more you love His Son Jesus,
the more you understand just how much He loves you and then you begin to develop,
a better understanding, of how much He loves helping you!!
There are so many things He wants to do for all of us,
Things that if we actually knew even 1% of them, they would probably blow our minds.
Now 1% might seem like were talking about something small, but remember were talking about the creator of the universe,
And those things He is ready, willing and able to give to us, as we become more aware of them!
The only thing He is waiting for, is for us to call out in faith and ask Him to do them!!
It makes you wonder, why so many people try to go through life without Him, facing one thing after another on their own?
Ps. 68:19 NKJ.
19. Blessed be the Lord,
Who daily loads us with benefits,
The God of our salvation! Selah
One box on a truck is not a load, several thousand boxes on a truck, is a load!
Really? Several thousand?
Wouldn’t you agree, that its more than possible on Gods end, were the ones who tend to set the limitations that we expect from Him.
Blessed be the Lord,
Who daily loads us with benefits,
He doesn’t just throw His children a bone now and then, that’s just not His way!
That tends to be the worlds way of doing business, He is always a generous God of more than enough!

3. Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
4. Who redeems your life from destruction,

5. Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagles
As we read this, we can tell that David was excited from personal experience,
We should be just as excited, if not more so, because we have something he never had,
We have the promise of Jesus and we also have the comforter, the Holy Spirit!
These amazing truths, have been kept in the dark by the accuser long enough, they need to be exposed to the world,
Our words have power and especially when where proclaiming the goodness and favor of God,
To someone who doesn’t know them and is living a defeated life, that they don’t have too!
Serving God is exciting, and its our job to tell everyone we meet, now is the time to come to Jesus!
Jesus said we are to be the salt of the earth!
Ill. How valuable is salt? 40 million tons are required each year to fill our needs. Homer called it divine. Plato called it a "substance dear to the gods." Shakespeare mentioned salt 17 times in his plays.
Perhaps Leonard da Vinci wanted to send a subtle message about purity lost when he painted "The last Supper." In that painting an overturned salt cellar is conspicuously placed before Judas.
In ancient Greece a far-flung trade involving the exchange of salt for slaves gave rise to the expression, "...not worth his salt." Special salt rations were given to Roman soldiers and known as "Solarium Argentums" the forerunner of the English word "salary."
Thousands of Napoleon?s troops died during his retreat from Moscow because their wounds would not heal--their bodies lacked salt.
The human body contains about 4oz. of salt. Without enough of it, muscles won?t contract, blood won?t circulate, food won?t digest and the heart won?t beat a beat.
Without a doubt, salt is the essence of life. And Jesus said, "Ye are the salt of the earth."
Gods not enough, He’s way to much, it’s a message worth repeating, it’s a message that needs repeated.!
If we all do our part, we can get the job done
Tell someone about Jesus, add some salt to their diet and see how it changes and flavors the world that’s just out there, waiting for them to experience!
