I believe the subject of this article is the craving of every person; the need for authority and security is the reason why many people involve themselves in all kinds of things. Authority and security are the two major promises the devil flaunts at people to destroy their destinies. The quest for authority and security are the foremost reasons why occult houses still have members. The quest for authority and security by people is the reason sangomas, native doctors and herbalists are still in business. The quest for authority and security are among the reasons why most of our fathers wasted their lives and mortgaged the future of our families.
I pray for you today in the name of Jesus; as you say a loud AMEN, may the Almighty God register your name as one of the few persons who will command uncommon authority in this generation. I decree that no force of hell will succeed in stopping you. In the presence of your enemies, you will rise and shine in Jesus name.
As Christians, why do we need uncommon authority? What is the essence of spiritual authority?
I like to share with you some practical reasons why you must be hungry for uncommon authority and unusual security. Before I proceed, I must make it clear to you that it is only Jesus Christ that can guarantee uncommon authority and unusual security. A committed walk with Him is the first step to qualifying for these rare dimension. So, what are the profits of uncommon authority and unusual security?
1. MEN OF AUTHORITY CANNOT BE RESISTED.
So long a man has great authority; you cannot deny him what is his. The devil can only resist and arrest the destiny of a man who has no authority and spiritual security.
Luke 21:15 – “For I will give you a mouth and a wisdom which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay or resist.”
Spiritual authority silences all forms of demonic resistance.
I pray for you today in the name of Jesus, in any way the devil has been resisting you and your breakthroughs from manifesting, may God intervene today. The era where demonic agents fight your testimony comes to an end today, in the name of Jesus. Amen!
2. MEN OF AUTHORITY ENJOY SECURITY.
Any person God puts in authority, no devil can touch the person. God said in His word in 1 Chronicles 16:22 – “Touch not my anointed, and do my prophets no harm.”
The devil and all his agents know that to harm God’s anointed is to be harmed by God. The reason sickness, diseases, delay, debt, rejection has been harassing your life is because you lack the anointing that brings authority and secures destinies. To be anointed is to be protected. To be anointed is to be excused from being molested.
Friend, the higher your spiritual authority, the tighter and stronger your security.
There are people who have not been sick in the last 20, 30 and 40 years. There are people who have never been harassed by witches and wizards since they got born again and there are people who have never been financially stranded since they accepted Jesus. What is the difference between them and others? As they grow in their spiritual authority, they also enjoyed increased protection and provision from God, against all forms of attacks of the enemy.
3. MEN OF AUTHORITY ENJOY PROGRESS IN LIFE (Ecclesiastes 8:4, Job 22:28).
Men of authority enjoy unstoppable progress and celebration. Men of spiritual authority know how to command results. Men of authority operate from a realm strange to other people; they know how to arrest the spirit realm and instruct the physical realm to comply.
Nothing positions your for evidence and uncommon results in life like when you grow in spiritual authority with God.
4. MEN OF AUTHORITY HAVE RECOGNIZABLE NAMES. (Philippians 2:9).
The name of a man who commands authority is known by all. When a man commands spiritual authority, witches cry out when his name is mentioned. Why do you think people wear badges , t-shirts and caps having the faces of anointed men of God and they experience deliverance and protection?
According to Acts 19:14, when the sons of Sceva met the demon-possessed man, the possessed man said to them: “Jesus I know, Paul I know, but who are you?” The man meant to tell them, “I know the powerful name of Jesus, I know that powerful man of God bearing Paul, but I don’t know you, neither do I fear you... I will deal with you for thinking you have power over me.”
There is a dimension of spiritual authority you will command, and your voice is recognized even in hell. There is a realm you can grow in your walk with God that the devil has no choice but to take his hands off anyone who associates with you.
5. MEN OF AUTHORITY ENJOY RESPECT FROM EVERYONE. (Philippians 2:10 and 11)
To disrespect a man who has great authority is to your disadvantage. Disregarding or disrespecting a man of authority is like putting your hands in hot fire – you must be burnt!
When a man grows in spiritual authority, everybody respects him, including witches and wizards feared by others.
What you need to command fear and respect from all the agents of the devil positioned around you is to grow in spiritual authority.
6. MEN OF AUTHORITY DO NOT STRUGGLE WITH THEIR ENEMIES.
You may hate a man of authority, but you can’t stop him. See what the Word of God says in Psalms 66:3 – “Through the greatness of your power (authority) shall your enemies submit themselves to you.”
When a man commands uncommon spiritual authority, witches even assist in making his testimony manifest. Take note of our text: “Through the greatness of your power... your enemies will submit themselves to you.” They are not being forced, they are not been coerced, they are not being begged, but because you carry spiritual power, they surrender their plans and agenda to you. They let you know that in your case they have not power.
Friends, it is time to command strange spiritual power such that the witch in your neighbourhood, the demonic agent in your office and Satan’s messenger assigned against your marriage will cry to you and ask for your mercy.
