“The Devil wants your Children”

Psalm 34:11-22.
What would you do if I were to tell you that there is someone so perverted, so sick, so disgusting, so vindictive, so vial and so obsessed with your children that they will do anything in their power destroy their innocence, ruin their lives, rob them of the knowledge of God, and murder them both spiritually and physically. This person is not found on any post office bulletin boards, the police are not putting an A.P.B. out on him. There are no alerts saying that he has moved into your neighborhood. He is not registered with any child protective service group as a pedophile or anything like that. However; he is registered in the Bible in 1st Peter 5:8 as your adversary, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour. His attacks are so insidious and heinous so meticulously calculated that he often has already crept in unaware and captured your children right before your very eyes. He wants to keep them from the knowledge of God and God’s promises, and he will use anything within his power, every trick in his book, to do so.
He is crafty, subtle, cunning, convincing, devious, devastating, and ruthless. He is a master of deception, the father of all lies, the fallen one and he wants your children.
My prayer today is if you love your children at all are you willing to do whatever it takes to stop the attack against your child. The truth is the Devil is constantly looking for his next victim. 1st Peter 5:8 says “your adversary, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour”. So many times we think of this scripture and apply it to the adults, but let me tell you, the devil is an equal opportunity adversary, he doesn’t mind age, or gender, all he wants to do is kill steal and destroy and if it happens to be a child it gives him extra excitement because Jesus Mark 10:14 “Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God”. He understands Psalm127:3 “Lo, children [are] an heritage of the LORD: [and] the fruit of the womb [is his] reward”. He wants your children because he wants to steal your reward and rob you of the heritage God has promised unto you.
WATCH THIS:- He is subtle, cunning, and devastating. In 1962, the devil successfully got prayer thrown out of schools and he used a little loud mouth woman to accomplish his plan. Almost immediately things began to decline. Soon after prayer was removed from schools, there was a rise every year of teenage pregnancies to young school age mothers, alcohol consumption among the youth began rising, pre-martial sex had become common place, violent crimes escalated, drug use became more and more open and the list goes on.
Now in this day things are even worse, you don’t know if when you send your kids off to school that they will come home, you wonder is someone going to have been a ticking time bomb just waiting to exploded and today they walk in the school and open fire on unsuspecting children. Not long ago I heard on the news about a 6 year old kid that was arrested in his kindergarten class for carrying a knife to school. I recently had a woman come to me crying say Pastor I want you to pray for my son he has such an uncontrollable temper, he has been suspended from school because he threatened to kill some other little kid in school and he is only in the 1st grade. Marvin Gaye asked the question “What’s going on”, well I have the answer to that question right now. The answer is that the devil understands that if he gets your children at an early age, he’ll have them for years, if not for their entire lives. He knows that since kids are subjected to, and give in to, peer pressure that there’s a good chance they will take their ideas and spread them like a disease running rapid through their entire school or neighborhood.
He knows this because he has been walking to and fro in the earth seeking and watching. He knew that prayer was working. Every day in schools millions of children each day were calling on the name of the Lord and giving glory and honor to God. The devil saw the blessings it was having upon this country, and once he put a stop to it, he knew to replace it with a poisonous disease that would fester and grow into a cancerous death sentence. I told you he is meticulous and cunning and his works are devastating.
Understand there are many spirits operating in the world today, that’s why it’s called spiritual warfare. Ephesians 6:12 says “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]”. Since its not flesh and blood it is spiritual.
2nd Corinthians 2:11 says “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices”. We need to understand the devices the devil uses to attack our children.
WATCH THIS:- these devices are spirits and there are many spirits that have set an attack against the children.
There is the :-
Spirit of Anti-Christ which is the spirit against truth. – wrong being called right…
Spirit of Herod which is the death of your child. – suicide at all time high….
Spirit of Jezebel which is intimidation. – bullying in school is epidemic….
Spirit of Goliath which is Harassment. – on facebook and texting etc….
Spirit of Confusion which is Homosexualism. – you never know who you’ll love..
Spirit of Absalom which is hatred and bitterness. – children killing parent….
Spirit of Rebellion which is Defiance of authority. - Disobedience
Spirit of Depression which is Hopelessness. – What’s the use nobody cares….
There are Beguiling spirits which entice and allure
There are Seducing spirits which is lust and greed.
All these spirits and many more have been unleashed on our children. They are being entangled, indoctrinated, incorporated, inducted into a world of misguided ambitions, unbridled passions, uninhibited desires, ungodly living, and immoral actions, their minds are becoming reprobate, they are a generation that knows not God.
It’s up to the parents to fight this battle against the spirits and culture of this world with the Holy Ghost and Word of God.
How we handle raising this generation is paramount of how our children turn out.
BIBLICAL HISTORY LESSON:- Let me give you a little Biblical History in order to understand the Devil’s devices and how to fight against them we must first have a biblical understanding of “who” Satan is. He is not equal to God and he has limited knowledge, presence and power unlike God who has no limits. We know this because the Bible tells us that Satan is an angelic being created by God to serve God Ezekiel 28:14. Although he was created to serve God he wanted to be worshiped as a god and so he declared war on God and lead a rebellion against God. Then God Judged Lucifer and 1/3 of the other angels for their sin and cast them down to earth Isaiah 14:11-23; Ezekiel 28:1-19. From there he tempted Adam and Eve and enlisted them in his rebellion. After Adam willfully signed up God judged his sin with death and then told Satan he would ultimately and completely defeat him through the Savior and redeemer of all things Jesus Christ Genesis 3:14-15! You must understand that Satan has already defeated by Jesus when He went to the cross and there is not a battle between God and Satan going on right now. It’s over, but Satan is still on earth trying to get people to join in his rebellion. He also has many human allies through demonic possession, demonic influence, or those who are simply living according to their sinful nature 2nd Peter 2:4; Revelation 9:1; 12:3-4.
So what does all this have to do with your children? Well understand that Satan is a murderer and he knows that sin brings death. The Bible says in John 8 44 says “Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it”. Romans 6:23 says “For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord”.
So what he does is he tempts your children into sinning because he knows that it will kill them. The Devil has been observing humanity for a long time and he knows that most people or teenagers won’t run to do something that will immediately kill them. So he tempts them into sin that does not seem to have an immediate negative effect. Have you heard kids say things like:-
“Hey that did not hurt, in fact it felt good! So I am going to keep this up. Why not? I can’t get pregnant by oral sex so that does not hurt me. Smoking weed is not as bad as crack so I will continue to smoke a joint. Beer isn’t as bad as liquor so I’m o.k. I’m not hurting anyone by just hanging out here on the corner, but when you come up missing there are going to be people who are hurt and you will get hurt.
Looking at pornography on the internet is not killing me so I don’t see anything wrong with that. I have heard this one a lot lately - You never know who you are going to fall in love with so I’m a girl and I can fall in love with a girl or I’m a guy and I can fall in love with a guy its o.k. because they think there is no immediate effect”. However, the devil knows that a man that lieth with a man or a woman that lieth with a woman is an abomination unto the Lord and that’s immediate..
Abomination is that which is exceptionally loathsome, hateful, sinful, wicked, or vile.
Satan knows that those sins although may not have an immediate effect of death do lead to death and that they are eternally harmful. He knows it’s hard to get us to drink all the poison at once, but that it is easy to get us to take it in small doses. Understand that small doses of poison over a period of time will kill you.
It may not do it right away but that is ok with the devil he has a lot of patience as long as in the end you die separated from God to forever be lost and tormented in hell is his goal. He doesn’t care about you he hates God and doesn’t want him to have you. He lost the battle when Jesus died on Calvary’s cross and 3 days later he rose again with all power in His hands now all he wants is for you not to go to heaven and be with the Lord for all eternity.
So the question is what are you PARENT going to do about it?
SOMEBODY SAY - TEACH & TRAIN
T – Talk to them about Jesus T – Talk to them about Jesus
E – set the Example before them R – Remind them of Calvary
A – Apply the Word of God A – Apply the Word of God
C – Change their environment I – Insist they go to church.
H – Hold them up in Prayer Always. N – Never back down from Holy standards.
Proverbs 22:6 says “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it”.
It's important for parents to explain to their children that Satan is the god of this sinful world 2nd Corinthians 4:4 says “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them”. Children need to be taught that the Devil is a liar, but appears deceitfully as person of integrity. He is not just a story that was told to explain all the bad stuff away, but he is a spiritual being that is eternally lost to spend eternity in hells damnation and he wants to take as many as he can along with him.
Luke 10:18 says “And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven” 2nd Corinthians 11:14 says “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light”. “The Devil is a fallen angel of darkness; but he deceitfully appears to people as an angel of light from Heaven.
WATCH THIS:- DECEPTION - There was a song that was out a little while ago by a guy by the name of Chris Brown, his song is called “Fallen Angel” even church kids ran around singing this song unaware that he’s not really talking about a girl but about Satan the Fallen Angel.
Some of the words are “If I could take a trip to outer space She would be the one I would see” - WATCH THIS:- Who is the prince of the air? Ephesians 2:2 says “Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience”. Satan is the prince of the air.
In Satanism/Paganism they celebrate an image this image called Baphomet. Baphomet is an Androgynous goat, man, woman. ANDROGYNOUS means:- having the characteristics or nature of both male and female. It can be referred to as either IT, HE, or SHE.
WATCH THIS:- the words of the song go “If I could take a trip to outer space (the air) She would be the one I would see (not a girl but this Baphomet/Satan)”
It goes on to say “She hasn’t had a fair chance, so I’ll give her one” WATCH THIS:- In Satanism the belief is that Lucifer did not receive a fair trial in heaven when he said he would raise above the throne of God and when God cast him out of heaven that was not fair according to Satanism. I’m not saying Chris Brown is a Satanist cause I don’t, but he is being used as a device to attack our children. I also know if it looks like a duck, quakes like a duck, and walks like a duck, it not dog!.
He goes on to say “Let me tell you who she is, yeah She’s a fallen angel, sent from heaven up above She’s a fallen angel, waitin for me to love her. The Bible says in Ezekiel 24:14 “Thou [art] the anointed cherub that covereth”. A cherub is an angel. Isaiah 14:12 says “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning” What is he – an angel, where did he come from heaven above.
He goes on to say “She’s a fallen angel, take your judgment off her I know, that she’s a fallen angel” WATCH THIS:- Ezekiel 28:16 says - this is God talking here “.....therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire” baby that’s judgment, the judgment of God on the fallen angel Lucifer. Yet Chris Brown says in his song “take your judgment off of her I know that she’s a fallen angel”.
I don’t care how nice it may sound that is dangerous, deadly, and eternally devastating.
Church folk take their children to hear this guy and others sing in concert unaware that they are being used by the devil to attack your children. You wonder why you child can’t sleep at night, getting up in the middle of the night and doing God knows what. They lie in bed and toss and turn and you think they are just restless, baby they are being attacked right in your house.
2nd Corinthians 11:13-15 says “For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works”.
UNDERSTAND:- Satan is a murderous villain, who comes only to kill, steal, and destroy John 10:10. This generation is being brainwashed by the Devil's devices, they believe that "wickedness and witchcraft" is something good. All you find on television now is witchcraft, vampires, pornography and homosexuality this stuff is dangerous to adults and especially to our children. It desensitizes people to the consequences of sin. There are shows that portray teens as experimental and sex-obsessed, lying to their parents and sneaking out at night causing teenage girls to believe that this kind of behavior is appropriate sadly creating a false and dangerous expectation of what a teenager’s life should be like. Shows like charmed try to make witchcraft seem harmless and something good to protect the innocence of mankind. Harry Potter tried to make it seem like the black arts can be used for good.
Witchcraft is a religion rooted in Paganism/Satanism, which denies the God of the Bible, and the Lord Jesus Christ. Witchcraft involves the manipulation of the demonic host, through incantations and the casting of spells. Witchcraft can also involve communication with demonic spirits impersonating the dead. The Bible clearly teaches that the dead cannot communicate with the living as there is a great chasm separating the dead from the living (Luke 16:26). As discarnate spirit entities these demons possess knowledge regarding the activities of humans and have a limited to ability to foretell the future. WATCH THIS:- Engaging in any sin including sorcery opens one to demonic oppression and with persistent sinful conduct possession. You cannot rationalize that you are not engaged in witchcraft but merely being entertained by books or movies whose characters participate in witchcraft, even though the protagonists are “good” witches.
So people of God when you allow your children to watch these television shows, go to these movies, and read these books and then you wonder why all of the sudden they can’t sleep at night, they have become disobedient and rebellious it is because they are under attack.
Parents need to TEACH & TRAIN their children, or else the Devil will do it for them. You can’t let you children listen to any kind of music. Hip Hop music is nothing less than an advance course on fornication, rebellion, substance abuse, immorality, thug living, and total rebellion.
We now have a generation of people who are desensitized, degraded, living searching for false hopes, abortion is commonplace, killing are at an all time high, woman are looked upon as a piece of meat and not the good thing that a man findeth.
The best thing parents can do today is to continually teach their children from the Word of God. Tell them the Bible 2nd Timothy 3:1-7 that these are the last days and that perilous times are upon us..
Explain it to them 2nd Corinthians 11:13,14 and warn them about false prophets who will try to deceive them. The best defense is a strong offense! The best way to prepare your child to deal with the hellish world we live in today is to teach them the Word of God.
Teach them that abortion is murder, because God said, "Thou shalt not kill" in Exodus 20:13.
Teach them that the New Age Movement wants to brainwash them to believe that there are "many paths to the light"; BUT, the Bible proclaims that there is ONLY one way to Heaven, and that is exclusively through the Lord Jesus Christ John 14:6; Acts 4:10-12; 2nd Thessalonians 1:8,9.
Teach them the fear of the Lord. Psalm 34:11 says “Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD”.
Teach them to keep their tongue. Psalm 34:13 says “Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile”.
Teach them morality. Psalm 34:14 “Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it”.
Teach them godliness and that the eyes of the Lord are upon them and He hears them when they call upon Him. Psalm 34:15 “The eyes of the LORD [are] upon the righteous, and his ears [are open] unto their cry”.
Teach them that God’s face is against them that do evil. Psalm 34:16 “The face of the LORD [is] against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth”.
Teach them that the Lord is a deliverer out of all troubles. Psalm 34:17 “[The righteous] cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles”, but they have to be righteous.
Teach them to have a broken heart and a contrite spirit. Psalms 34:18 “The LORD [is] nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit”.
Teach them the Blessing of God. Psalm 34:19-24 “Many [are] the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate”.
