Flying Like Dumbo
Ezekiel 43:4-5
4 And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.
5 So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.
I am entitling this today:
Flying like Dumbo
How many knows this morning that we serve a speaking God who is able to show us the plan that he has for our lives?
How many knows that sometimes God speaks to us the way that He did in the Bible days?
If you look through out the Bible God has always spoke in Parables.
Eze 20:49 Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! they say of me, Doth he not speak parables?
Mt 13:13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
Mr 4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
We as believers are able to understand the mysteries of God, but sometimes we have to be willing to seek the matter out.
Pr 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.
In Ezekiel 43 heralds the return of the Holy Spirit to the Millennial Temple, Ezekiel had saw Him leave in verse 11, but now see’s His glorious return.
Atonement as the eternal foundation of Gods relationship with man is the key note of this chapter.
Eze 43:2 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.
Israel had rejected Him and so he left, now Israel has been washed and cleansed by the blood of the Lamb and He returns.
Ezekiel was considered a watchman who was to hear from God and announce what he heard.
Church we need some watchmen and watch women on the wall that is able to hear the word of the Lord.
Ezekiel in verse one says that He was brought to the gate.
This tells us that he did not get there on his own.
Verse two says the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters:
Church how many knows that God and His Throne are in the eastern skies?
Ezekiel heard Him that sets upon the throne speak and it was the sound of many waters.
Church we have to start believing that he can speak and open up the word and see that nothing is too hard for God.
Church we need to tap into that underground spring.
It might look dead but God is applying the water for growth.

I dreamed that we (Susan and I) were going to clean the church. I went back and turned on the water hose. I was watching as the church was flooding with water. (Sanctuary and everywhere) I said something to Susan about the dirt; she said that it would flow out.
Scene change
Susan and I and two other people were in a room at the church. It was a hidden room. It was all yellow. I said to Susan why isn’t the water flowing in this room. She said its coming. I then felt the water on the floor. There was a special traction on the floor. I slipped to the bottom and I noticed a baby.
Be joyful - God is moving in the church!
The church is going to be filled with God & Holy Spirit like an incoming flood, taking out the grim & dirt within it (get ready because when God starts cleaning house it can get a bit messy).
The hidden room speaks of hidden talents & a gift within the church. The church is going to birth some type of new ministry as this takes place - something wonderful from the Lord and, someone said Pastor Joe, it appears you are going to have yourself quite an experience when this gift arrives! There are 4 of you in the room at this point - four speaks of 'creation or creativity'. The traction seems to speak of God's help & aid along this journey.
All the messiness will be worth it in the end. God is giving us a promise to look forward to!
Ezekiel 43:4
4 And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.
He comes into a newly built millennial temple.
Ezekiel 43:5
5 So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.
The Lord is now entering and taking possession of the house as he had formally done at the Tabernacle and Temple of old.
Ezekiel 43:6
6 And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me.
It is the Holy Spirit speaking to Ezekiel and the man standing beside him is Jesus, who has conducted Ezekiel through the entirety of this manifestation.
Ezekiel 43:7
7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.
Church God is cleaning us up that we might be able to see His Glory.
I have entitled this today: Flying like Dumbo
4-6-12
I dreamed that the Holy Spirit took me up in the air. He was teaching me how to fly. At first I felt like Dumbo, I was then catching on. I was able to fly as the Spirit was enabling. I was able to go slow and then pick up speed and I mean fast. The Holy Spirit then sat me down at the church. I was excited telling everyone about my journey. I especially remember seeing Kim and Lee.
I then woke up and fell back to sleep and dreamed this.
I dreamed that we were in the Sanctuary of the church, a lady and a man were teaching. I shut my eyes in the dream and dreamed the same dream again. I then opened my eyes in the dream and I knew that I was to write it down so I did not forget. I then was observing watching people take there hands and putting them on the walls in the hallway. There was now Green paint that was on the palms of there hands. I was now in the kitchen, excited telling Mary and Minnie what had happened.
Interpretation
The first thing that God wanted me to understand was the story of Dumbo.
In the beginning of the movie everyone remarks how cute Dumbo is and then he sneezes and reveals that his ears are bigger than average.
He is teased and called Dumbo.
Dumbo later took part in the opening parade for the circus, but trips on his large ears.
Dumbo,s mother tried to protect him and she is thought to be mad so they are separated.
Timothy the mouse became Dumbos best friend and was going to help him become a circus star.
Later on Dumbo and Timothy accidently became drunk when they drank water that had been mixed with wine, they started hallucinating and seeing pink elephants.
When they had awakened they were in a tree.
Dumbo had flown.
A double dream means God is establishing something, and God is shortly going to bring it to pass.
An elephant has a memory that never forgets.
God wants me not to forget.
An elephant has big ears to hear, God wants me to hear what He is saying.
Over the years I can compare myself to Dumbo, being separated from my mother at an early age.
God wants me to hear His voice and learn to fly in Him.
There have been many times over the years that I have stumbled over what I have heard, but as time has gone on I have learnt how to fly in the gift that God has given me.
Some has made fun of me over the years because of the dreams that I have had, but guess what most if not all our dreamers now.
The Holy Spirit just as he did with people in the bible picked me up and placed me where it is that He wants me to be.
Shelter House Assembly of God a place where there is refuge from the storms and a place where dreams really do come true.
God has placed me here for right now and God wants you to know he has placed you where you are at.
The spirit of God is enabling me and I am teaching you how to hear his voice.
The second dream we were in the sanctuary and a man and lady were teaching.
We need to teach what Gods Word says!
I was in the sanctuary and shut my eyes and dreamed the same dream again.
Ge 41:32 And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh twice; it is because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.
I knew I had to write it down in the dream.
Habakkuk 2:1-4
1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
I was now observing; message dream
Green-prosperity, growth and life
Palms-symbol of victory and rejoicing
Prosperity in the Spirit of God
Kitchen-a place of service
Church listen to me closely Jesus is in this Sanctuary this morning.
Where Jesus is the supernatural will take place.
Do you believe?
God took Ezekiel and placed Him where it was that He wanted Him to be.
God is still a God who can show us what it is that He wants us to do.
Maybe some of us fill the way Dumbo felt.
He felt that the gift that was given to him was his biggest downfall.
He had to learn to use His big ears to fulfill his purpose.
Church we need to use our ears to fulfill our calls.
Dumbo made mistakes along his path and so will we but we can learn to fly right as the Holy ghost enables us!
1Co 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
Just as God used the Cross to cofound the wisdom of this world, He still uses things and people that do not make sense to a lot of people.
There will be people in Heaven that we thought would never make it and there will be those who we thought would and did not.
God is reaching out in this world and dealing with what some of us would consider undesirables.
The problem is that some in the church world thinks they are better than someone else.
I don’t care what sin they are in Jesus had died upon the Cross for them, He then went down to Hell and taken the keys of death from Satan, God is willing that none would perish but all would come to repentance!
I don’t care if they are a drug dealer, homosexual, Adulterer, a fornicator.
It does not matter; they might be a drunk, a liar, a murderer or even a thief.
God loves them and wants them all to repent and come to know who He is.
Moses was a murderer, but yet God spoke to Him at the burning bush.
David was an adulterer and a murderer but yet God saw His heart.
God will use the people that we consider to be undesirables.
Ro 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
Maybe again you fill like Dumbo, and you fill that how God made you is not something you fill you can overcome.
Dumbo looked at what he thought was his weakness and it became his strength.
Your weakness might be your strength.
Dumbo had to learn to utilize his ears.
Are we utilizing our ears?
Ro 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Some will say I can’t live for God, yes you can that is an excuse of why you won’t.
Php 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Some of us we hear Gods voice and we are not recognizing that it is Him speaking.
Some of us have had strange dreams in the night and you don’t realize that God is trying to get your attention.
Job 33:14-17
14 For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed;
16 Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction,
Church God wants us to understand the ways at which He is working in the last day church.

Church God wants us to seek Him in all of our situations that we face.
Whenever I think about flying like dumbo, I think of Ezekiel.
Eze 8:3 And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy.
I can understand what Ezekiel was talking about.
God wants us to learn to fly in what he has given us.

Church God is filling this house with His Presence.
4-9-12
I dreamed that I was preaching so hard that I can’t explain what happened. I must have passed out. I was thinking as I was out that I was going to awake and be in the hospital, but instead to my surprise I awakened to Jesus standing above me in this sanctuary.
Interpretation
Sometimes I or we think one way and God has another way of getting things done.
Jesus is here in our sanctuary!
I don’t have to worry because I serve the Great Physician.
I don’t know where god is taking us but we need to keep on believing!
Believe!!!!!!!!!
2 Chronicles 5:11-14
11 And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place: (for all the priests that were present were sanctified, and did not then wait by course: {present: Heb. found}
12 Also the Levites which were the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren, being arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets:)
13 It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;
14 So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.
Closing

Joh 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Jesus is running throughout our church, let’s catch Him and not let go!
