Luke 11:9-10
9 “And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.10 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.
Keep us, Oh Father GOD, to be patient that we will keep on asking, searching and knocking for You will answer our prayers.

A. Three-fold Promises of Prayer:
1. Keep on asking (John 14:14)

Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it!
a. Receives = you will be given what you ask for.
b. An idea of calling (Psalms 91:15, Isaiah 58:9, Isaiah 65:24, Zechariah 13:9)

When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them.

Then when you call, the Lord will answer. ‘Yes, I am here,’ he will quickly reply. “Remove the heavy yoke of oppression. Stop pointing your finger and spreading vicious rumors!

I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!
