The works of the enemy.
Well the father of lies has showed us different ways that he deceives the world. He uses { lies, wrong craving, rebellion, hate, destruction, lust, sin, lost of free will, control, drunkenness, famine, evolution, big bang, no purpose for your existence, abortion, his true things for this life, like love for money, selling your soul, losing your control, destroyed families, false religions, that there are many ways to God, our own spirituality, self idolatry, drugs and alcohol abuse, and on and on. These are just a few that he shared with us.
Now let’s look at the truth from the TRUTH, the Bible.
One of the biggest lies taught to people in this world is that there is no such being as the devil, or satan. Because of this when things happen in life we blame God. Well if there’s no devil then whatever happens must be God’s will. So then God is good and God is bad. It all depends on how He feels today, or if I did something wrong and He’s going to get me.
This is one of the strategies of satan, to get you confused about the Love of the Father.
Brothers and Sisters, this is the farthest from the truth. The only way to know God and to know the devil is through the Bible, so let’s take the next few weeks and learn of satan strategies and overcome Him through the Blood of the lamb and word of our testimony.
Revelation 12:11 (NKJV)
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Ignorance’s of satan deception will destroy us or keep us from the true reason for our existences.
Hosea 4:6 (NKJV)
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.
2 Corinthians 2:11 (NKJV) lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.
We are not ignorant of the ways, Satan schemes and THE WAY HE thinks.
Ephesians 6:11 (NKJV) 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

1 Peter 5:8-9 (NKJV)
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
Satan is not to dominate us but we are to keep this outlaw in place, but to do this we need to know.
WHO GOD IS WHAT HE HAS AND WHAT HE CAN DO, AND WHO THE DEVIL ISN’T, WHAT HE DOESN’T HAVE AND WHAT HE CANNOT DO TO A BLOOD BOUGHT, SPIRIT FILLED CHRISTIAN.
John 10:10 (NKJV)
10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Jesus did not say that the thief was Him or the Father, He said He came to give life and that more abundantly.
Acts 10:38 (NKJV)
38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
Again, I didn’t know that the Father and the devil were one and working together to make humanity’s life miserable.
Watch out because head thinking and not Bible based thinking will defeat you every time.
Everywhere throughout the ministry of Jesus He shows how the devil is and how His and our Father is.
Luke 13:10-17 (NKJV)
10 Now He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath.
11 And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up.
12 But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, "Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity."
13 And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.
14 But the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath; and he said to the crowd, "There are six days on which men ought to work; therefore come and be healed on them, and not on the Sabbath day."
15 The Lord then answered him and said, "Hypocrite! Does not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or donkey from the stall, and lead it away to water it?
16 So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound--think of it--for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?"
17 And when He said these things, all His adversaries were put to shame; and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by Him.

8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
Luke 19:10 (NKJV)
10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost."
James 1:16-18 (NKJV)
16 Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren.
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
18 Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.

16 So, my very dear friends, don't get thrown off course.
17 Every desirable and beneficial gift comes out of heaven. The gifts are rivers of light cascading down from the Father of Light. There is nothing deceitful in God, nothing two-faced, nothing fickle.

23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

Look right at the beginning

27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
So from these few scriptures we see that GOD IS A GOOD GOD. A loving Father who wants to bless his kids.
But we have a liar out there and he tries to deceive us into believing that God is out to get us, that God is out to harm us. There can be nothing farther from the truth.
Jesus told us as straight forward as He could how satan operates.
John 8:44 (NKJV)
44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
So then from this verse and many others I can see that if something happens in my life that has these characteristic, then I know who they’re from.
What Jesus did on the cross was again to destroy the enemies’ advantage over me.
