It's All About YOU, JESUS!!!
Romans 8:!4-17 NKJ
14. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
15. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”
16. The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,
17. and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.
When you made the choice to follow Jesus, I want you to know
That it came with the most fabulous benefits package, there has ever been thought of, has been recorded, or will ever be!
Its not like medicare, or obamacare, with our Loving Abba-Father on the job, we have His constant care,
When you are adopted into the family of God, you should want for nothing, He has thought of everything,
He has crossed all the T‘s, dotted all the I‘s, He has even put His angels at your disposal!
Psalms 91:11 NKJ
11. For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.
Its not like a Cinderella story, just a step child experience, with no love or benefits to be offered!
There is no long waiting period for you to go through to enjoy 100% coverage either
The moment you become born again, whether you were aware of it or not, God says; “you are covered”
You are no longer a slave to sin, but a son or daughter of the Most High God.
Praise God!
Gal. 4:4-7 MSG.
4-7.“But when the time arrived that was set by God the Father, God sent his Son, born among us of a woman, born under the conditions of the law so that he might redeem those of us who have been kidnapped by the law. Thus we have been set free to experience our rightful heritage. You can tell for sure that you are now fully adopted as his own children because God sent the Spirit of his Son into our lives crying out, "Papa! Father!" Doesn't that privilege of intimate conversation with God make it plain that you are not a slave, but a child? And if you are a child, you're also an heir, with complete access to the inheritance.”
Complete access, those are two words that say it all, not just limited access, but complete access, to your creator, to the creator of the universe!
God does not just call you His son. He also calls you “an heir” through Christ.
As a joint heir with Christ Jesus, you inherit everything that He is.
Some people have a hard time with this, accepting that we have and are entitled to everything that Jesus has,
even though it is taken straight from the Bible, God’s Holy Word and made possible by a covenant that Jesus Himself, is the guarantor of, they don‘t think that its for them.
Let me tell you, if you inherited an estate from a relative and their will spelled out everything that you were entitled too,
Even if someone opposed you on the matter, No matter what, you would want to get, everything that was coming to you,
and that piece of paper, would be your guarantee that you would.
That’s exactly what Jesus did for us, when He introduced Grace to the world,
He made a new covenant available to us, before this, it was about what we were capable of, which was and is very little!
But Grace made it about what He did, He became the guarantor of our spiritual inheritance! Praise God!!
People today, still think its about what we can do, still playing that same old broken, impossible to achieve record!
By the one hit wonder band of me, myself and I, but that’s not the case and it hasn‘t been for some 2,000 yrs. (Praise God!!)
And how do we know, because we have the Word of God on the subject
John 1:1 NKJ
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God
TBS.(the bible says) in;
Romans 8:5-8 MSG.
“Those who think they can do it on their own end up obsessed with measuring their own moral muscle but never get around to exercising it in real life.
Those who trust God's action in them find that God's Spirit is in them—living and breathing God!
Obsession with self in these matters is a dead end; attention to God leads us out into the open, into a spacious, free life.
Focusing on the self is the opposite of focusing on God. Anyone completely absorbed in self ignores God, ends up thinking more about self than God.
That person ignores who God is and what he is doing. And God isn't pleased at being ignored.
9-11. But if God himself has taken up residence in your life, you can hardly be thinking more of yourself than of him. Anyone, of course, who has not welcomed this invisible but clearly present God, the Spirit of Christ, won't know what we're talking about.
But for you who welcome him, in whom he dwells— even though you still experience all the limitations of sin— you yourself experience life on God's terms.
It stands to reason, doesn't it, that if the alive-and-present God who raised Jesus from the dead moves into your life, he'll do the same thing in you that he did in Jesus, bringing you alive to himself?
(He will do what? I‘m sorry, I didn‘t here you)
When God lives and breathes in you [and he does, as surely as he did in Jesus], you are delivered from that dead life. With his Spirit living in you, your body will be as alive as Christ's!” "
It stands to reason, doesn't it, that if the alive-and-present God who raised Jesus from the dead moves into your life,
he'll do the same thing in you that he did in Jesus, bringing you alive to himself?
How ever precious Jesus is to the Father, that is how precious you are to the Father.
The way the Father loves Jesus, is the way the Father loves you!
What God is willing to do for Jesus, He is willing to do for you!
How accepted are you by God today? Look at Jesus, is He totally accepted by God? That is how accepted you are!
No way!, Yes WAY!, the devil may try to steal God’s word from you and tell you that your not,
But that’s, not how Gods word reads, is it?
And you need to get used to telling him that every time he tries to tell you that it doesn’t!!!
Jesus is the measure of your acceptance!
How favored are you by God? Look at Christ Jesus, who is seated at the Father’s right hand.
You enjoy that same favor today because whatever He enjoys, you enjoy!
Still, some have trouble believing that this is possible,
I’ll tell you someone, who has a hard time with you believing that all this is true,
It’s the accuser, and the reason why is, because he knows for a fact, that it is true!,
And believe you me, he has fought long and hard, to keep everyone from realizing exactly what it is, that their entitled to!
Because once someone truly gets a hold of it, he has lost the battle and the war with them forever!
Romans 8:29-30 MSG.
29-30. “God knew what he was doing from the very beginning. He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son. The Son stands first in the line of humanity he restored. We see the original and intended shape of our lives there in him. After God made that decision of what his children should be like, he followed it up by calling people by name. After he called them by name, he set them on a solid basis with himself. And then, after getting them established, he stayed with them to the end, gloriously completing what he had begun.”
If there is thing for sure you can count on, its this; God is and will always be faithful to complete the work that He has begun in you!
You see, He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son.
And the word continues by saying; After God made that decision of what his children should be like,
Which means, He gave it some serious thought,
after all, life under the law, (and that was what the children of Israel had asked for) was an impossible life,
A life, where if you made a mistake and broke even one of the law’s that God had established,
It disqualified you from receiving any blessings at all that God longed to give His people.
What God missed was, the intimacy that had been lost, between Him and His people!
That’s why He decided to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son.
Thank the Lord God Almighty that He did!
He gave to us, what He enjoyed the most,
The intimacy of the relationship that He had with His Son,
Everything that His Son enjoyed, He wanted you to enjoy!
Everything that His Son has access to, He wants you to have access to!
There was nothing that He withheld from us,
He wanted to make it as easy as possible, to insure our success to have the abundant life, that He promised we could have and live! Thank you God!!
Romans 8:31-39 MSG.
31-39. “So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn't hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn't gladly and freely do for us?
And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God's chosen? Who would dare even to point a finger?
The One who died for us—, who was raised to life for us!— is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us.
Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ's love for us? There is no way! Not trouble,
not hard times,
not hatred,
not hunger,
not homelessness,
not bullying threats,
not backstabbing,
not even the worst sins listed in Scripture:
We have everything that Jesus has, Gods Word has determined it to be a fact!
It’s a promise that you can take straight to the bank and put it in the lockbox of your heart,
and when we find ourselves in any situation, be it;
*financial
*emotional
*stress related things
*health issues, especially our health issues!
We need to remind ourselves and the accuser of just one thing!
Does Jesus have this affliction, then neither do I!
Because, I have everything Jesus has!!
*Not what the world says I have!
*Not what the Doctor says I have!
*Not what the genetic gene pool says my family has!
*Not what the unbelievers around me at work, or in my family says I have!
*Not what my bank account says I may have!
I have what Gods word says I have and there is no greater authority to be had on the subject!
Cased closed, the verdict has been determined!!
I have it, and if you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you have it too, Praise God!!
Its not because of what I have done, its because of what Jesus, what He has done for me!
His perfection, covers my imperfections and He is my qualification to receive all of the benefits of the inheritance God has promised me!!
1st John 4:17 NKJ
Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.
As He is, so are we in this world.
As He is, so are we in this world.
As He is, so are we in this world.
Get that word, down in your heart of hearts, It will change your life!
If you want to be blessed by God and enjoy His Blessings, get to know and have a real relationship with His Son!
Eph 1:3-10 MSG.
3-6.“How blessed is God! And what a blessing he is! He's the Father of our Master, Jesus Christ, and takes us to the high places of blessing in him. Long before he laid down earth's foundations, he had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of his love, to be made whole and holy by his love. Long, long ago he decided to adopt us into his family through Jesus Christ. (What pleasure he took in planning this!) He wanted us to enter into the celebration of his lavish gift-giving by the hand of his beloved Son.
7-10.Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, his blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we're a free people— free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free! He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need, letting us in on the plans he took such delight in making. He set it all out before us in Christ, a long-range plan in which everything would be brought together and summed up in him, everything in deepest heaven, everything on planet earth.”
I’ll close with this;
A certain rich man died and left no heirs. When his household goods were auctioned off, an elderly lady dressed in shabby garments was the only one to bid on the picture of the dead man’s son.
It had been greatly cherished by the wealthy father because his only child had died at an early age.
But the crowd that had gathered for the sale showed no interest in it.
When the woman who bought the portrait was asked why she wanted it, she said she had been the boy’s nurse many years before and had loved him dearly.
Later, she examined the picture closely and noticed a bulge in the heavy paper on the back.
Making a small cut, she removed an envelope which turned out to be the man’s missing will.
The document very clearly stated that he wanted to leave his property to the person who still held dear the memory of his beloved son.
This woman is representative of any child of God, who because of love for His beloved Son, Jesus, receives the greatest inheritance known to humanity.
Have you laid claim to your inheritance, that Jesus died for you to receive?
Its not about you, or what you could do in a 100 lifetimes, its all about what He already did for you.
I'm coming back to the heart of worship
And it's all about You,

I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it
And it's all about You,
It's all about You, Jesus
This morning our Most Loving Father wants you to know, all that Jesus is in heaven today, you are in this world.
All that belongs to Him, belongs to you.
That is why it is in your interest to know Him more, to see Him in all His glory and beauty.
Make it all about Him and you will see all the benefits, He has provided for you, come to pass. Praise God!
