ATTRACTING THE BLESSINGS YOU HAVE NOT ASKED FOR.

Dear reader, this message is being presented so that we can be what we are supposed to be before God Almighty. I need to let you know that God is real. God is a loving God and God is interested in the affairs of your life. God is a Father, who cares for His children. God wants you and I to please Him with the way we live this life that He has given unto us. If you please your earthly father, there are things he can do to reciprocate your good behaviour, without your asking. The same is true of our Almighty Father. There is a life you can live, for God to start to bless you in some very special ways.
There are some important questions that will be addressed in this message. For example, “what kind of life can you live for God, your Father, to bless you in a marvelous way”?. How can you live your Christian life, that even before you utter a prayer, God would have answered?.What type of a person must you be or how can you live close to God in such a way, that blessings will be pursuing your life without struggling?. These are some of the questions that serious Christians will ask if they think deep about the story of King Solomon as recorded in 1 Kings 3 vs. 9-13 “Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of yours. The speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon has asked this thing. Then God said to him: Because you have asked this thing and have not asked long life for yourself, nor have asked the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourself understanding to discern justice. Behold, I have done according to your words, see I have given you a wise and understanding heart so that there has not been anyone like you before you, nor shall any like you arise after you. I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked for….…”
Beloved, can this King Solomon’s story be true? Can God look at you and say, “that which you have not asked for I have given you?”. Is it possible for God to bless you, without your labouring for hours in prayers?. Can you please God with the type of things that you ask in your prayers, in such a way that God, will not only answer your prayers, but will go beyond your prayers to grant you other things that you have not asked for?. Dear reader, all these are possible. Our God is a great Father, who can bless His children beyond what they have requested for in prayers.
There is another story recorded in Genesis chapter 39 which involving two people. The first person happens to be an Egyptian, and an officer of King Pharaoh, but we do not have much records about his relationship with God. , The second person was a young man who feared God (Genesis 39 vs.9). It is recorded in Genesis 39 vs 4-5 that “So Joseph found favour in his sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house and all that he had he put under his authority. So it was, from the time that he had made him overseer of his house and all that he had, the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of the LORD was on all that he had in the house and in the field”.
The arrival of Joseph in the household of Potiphar was a turning point in that household. The presence and power of God, in the life of Joseph radiated towards the household of his master. The grace f God was upon Joseph and this made Joseph to find grace in the sight of his master (vs. 4). Genesis 39 vs. 5 records that : “ And it came to pass from the time that he had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake, and the blessings of the Lord was upon all that h had in the house, and in the field”.
Potiphar received he blessings of God, which he had not asked of, just by housing a true child of God in his house. Beloved, there is a way that you will live your life and there are some people whom you will help and it will make the blessings of God to start to pursue you because of the help that you rendered to them.
Beloved, how can you have that Potiphar’s type of experience in our own home and life?. What type of help can you render to others for God to locate you for special assistance?. How can you and live please God with our lives that God will be blessing people around us?. You may be a child of Go that is reading this bulletin. I want you to start to ask yourself if your Christian is attracting blessings to you and to others around you. Are the people around you and those associated with you being blessed by God because of you?. If not, why not?. When people associate with your life, do you influence them for good or for bad, or does your association with others bring blessings or curses to others?. These are issues that you need to be concerned with in your Christian life. There are many Christians in our country, but what is level of influence that we are having upon our nation and society?.
Let us consider another incident in the Bible that is related to our current focus. If this incident had happened today, where there was an advertisement that the “General Overseer” of “Elijah’s Church” was about to select a replacement of himself. One can presume what the scenario will be, and what some pastors would have done. If some so called ‘Pastors’ can bribe their way there, they surely will, and, if they have to ‘kill’ or bastardize other, they would do exactly that, just for them to become the “General Overseer”. It is an unfortunate reflection on the low state of many so called ‘men and women’ of God, acting as ‘Pastors’ in many of our so-called ‘Pentecostal Churches’ today. . See what happened in I Kings. 19:19-20. “So he departed from there, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he was with the twelfth, then Elijah passed by him and threw his mantle on him. And he left the oxen and ran after Elijah, and said, “Please let me kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow you” and he said to him. “Go back again, for what have I done to you”.(NKJV).
Dear reader, times have changed from the time of Elijah and Elisha to this time. Today, if the mantle of Elijah had been put up for ‘sale’, many will struggle to buy it. But in this story, here we find Elisha, who was committed to farming. He was not looking for the mantle of Elijah, and there was nothing to suggest that he ever prayed that he becomes the successor of Elijah. Yet, God located him and commanded Elijah to place the mantle of succession upon Elisha. I Samuel 16 s. 7 says : “ … for the Lord seeth not as the man seeth; for the man looketh on the outward appearance, bu the Lord looketh on the heart”. Beloved, God has a special plan for your life. God can promote you to a height that you never thought that you could reach in life. This same God can give you blessings that you have not asked for.
One of the greatest favours that you can do to yourself is for you to so please God in such a way that God will be concerned about you. How can you live the life similar to that of Elisha for God to send somebody to you to bless you with a special blessing that you have not asked for?. What should you be doing as a child of God for your own Elisha to receive the mantle of your Elijah?
I travelled to Johannesburg, South Africa, some time ago, where I decided to eat in a restaurant As I was eating, I saw a young girl who on account of her age ought to be in the University. The Holy Spirit spoke to my heart that the young lady who was serving food was working in order to raise funds to further her education. When I got this revelation in my spirit, I beckoned to her and when she came, I gave her all the coins in my pocket. I know she must have wondered what made me to do what I did. Beloved, for that lady that day, she received the blessings that she did not ask for. Beloved it is a good prayer if you pray that: “Oh God, let me start to receive the blessing that I have not asked for in the name of Jesus”, or “ O God, bless me , beyond what I can ask for, in the name of Jesus, Amen”.
Beloved, I want you to get this clear, I am not saying that you should not pray or that prayer is not important. Prayer is very essential for every believer on a daily and regular basis. Bible says, pray without ceasing (I Timothy 5 vs. 17). Beloved, what I am putting to you today , is that, there is a way that you will please God; your Father, and He will look at you and say “my son or daughter, I am pleased with the way you are living; therefore, I am giving you this and that, which you have not asked for.” Your life can attract great blessings which you have not asked for , just by living a life that is pleasing to God.. What this means, is that, there are many people who are praying and asking God to ‘bless them’, when the real prayers that they need to be praying is ” My life, start to please God, in the name of Jesus”. Beloved, you can attract the blessings that you have not asked for.
What is a blessing?
A blessing is a force that draws goodness upon a life, a place, a situation or a thing. Beloved, when the blessing comes upon your life, good things will be attracted to you. As you read this message, it is my prayer that your life will start to attract goodness in the mighty name of Jesus.
A blessing is a spiritual summon on good forces to help you to succeed. For example when somebody looks at you, opens his mouth and starts to spiritually summon forces to help your life. When parents bless their children, what they do is to command good things o start to happen upon the lives of their children. The same is true of the opposite of blessings. When parents curse their children, what they do is to ask the forces of goodness to depart and run away from such children. I pray that you will bless and not curse your own children, in the name of Jesus, Amen
A blessing is that thing which when you receive it, will add value to your life, benefits you, and empowers you to shine . There are people, who have received gifts from others, but the so-called gifts bring problems upon the receivers. This is not a blessing. When a person receives a blessing, it will bring joy, peace, happiness and other good things into your life. I still want pray for you that your Christian life will bring blessings upon you and your family, in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
A blessing is also that thing which comes upon you and people start to call you or refer to you as “blessed”. The Bible records that Abraham, Joseph, Isaac and Jacob, were blessed people. It was because they received the blessings of God upon their lives. By the grace of God, you will know God and you will live faithfully for God and people shall see you and call you “blessed”, in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Beloved, a blessing is that thing which on its receipt, will bring joy, honour, glory, peace and satisfaction into your life. Anything that brings into your life, other things that are opposite or contrary to these, cannot be said to be blessings.
Let me finally note that, a blessing is that special thing, which when you receive it, will make you to live a successful, meaningful and contented life. There are many people who have lots of money and properties, but they lives are useless, meaningless and full of greed. The money and property that they possess cannot be said to be blessings but curses.
A friend of mine was working with an organization in Nigeria. Incidentally, he is a born again Christian. Recently, he was appointed to higher position in an international organization. I asked him how he got this higher position job. He told me that he was invited to make an oral presentation on a subject matter in an academic meeting. Coincidentally, after the Conference, an international organization declared a vacancy for a job. One of the executives of the international organization came across the manuscript of the presentation made by this Christian brother at the earlier conference. He showed this to the other executives in the organization. Based on their assessment of the quality of this brothers presentation, they came to the conclusion , that he was suitable to fill the vacancy in their organization. Dear reader that was how this Christian brother was invited to take up this higher position in this organization, following an interview. This brother got a job, he did not pray for.
Beloved, our God can do any miracle for His own children He can give you a higher job that you never, ever thought you could get. He can promote you to a level that you never, ever thought, you could reach. You may be praying for something now, but suddenly, God can grant unto you open doors that you never, ever, prayed for. I pray that this will be your own experience, in the mighty name of Jesus.
Let me now share with you, some facts about blessings.
Facts About Blessing:
(a) The Almighty God is a God of blessing. God is always happy to bless His own children. If anybody invites you to accept Jesus Christ as Your Lord and Saviour, it is an invitation to surrender your life to a God that blesses His own children.
(b) When God blesses your life, you have a responsibility to keep and protect the blessings. Some people will get to heaven and ask God, “but I live my life for you, why is it that you refused or failed to bless me”. Then, God will answer “My child, I blessed you, but your problem is, that you failed to keep your blessings”. It is one thing for God to bless you, it is yet another thing for you to protect and keep the blessings. Beloved, you can keep your blessings by living a holy life; You can keep your blessings by being humble with the blessings of God that you have received; and You can keep you blessings by protecting your God-given blessings from forces, habits and people that can destroy your blessings.
(c) God has some divine purposes for giving out His blessings. If you notice that God is blessing your life, you need to find out the reasons why He is doing so. You will enjoy these blessings better, if you allow the blessings and yourself to fulfill God’s purpose in your life.
(d ) Blessings can be lost, withdrawn or attacked. Here lies the problem of the lives of many people. There are many people who have lost their blessings. A man who ought to be a millionaire in life, went to harlot, in a city called Port-Harcourt. He enjoyed the immoral acts for some few minutes, but within the short time, he lost the virtue for greatness that God had planted in him. By the time, this revelation came to light, he was very poor. The blessing of God upon King Saul was withdrawn as a result of his disobedience unto God. Samson however lost his own blessings on the lap of Lady Delilah. It is sad and unfortunate to hear story of people who say “ I was once a millionaire, but now I have nothing”. They have lost their blessings. For others, house-hold enemies had arrested or stolen their blessings. It is good, if you can pray at this time that “Any power attacking the blessings of God in my life, fail and be frustrated, in the name of Jesus, Amen”.
(e ) Another fact about blessing, that you need to know, is that, the quality of your present life, can determine the extent to which you can be blessed of God . I remember the story of a church, where the members do not allow their Pastor to rest, because of heir multiple problems. As soon as the Pastor gets home, a church member will run to him saying, “ Pastor, my son is sick”. He will rush down there, to pray for the sick child. By the time he returns, another member will be waiting for him with another problem. At a stage, the pastor got annoyed. He inquired from God why God was not being blessed his church members, and instead, they were full of multiple problems. The pastor decided to pray and fast. One day, as he was praying and fasting, God gave him a vision. He saw a big Caterer with delicious food on the table, and people queued in front of the Caterer, crying that they were hungry. They were shouting saying “Caterer, we are hungry, give us food to eat” and the Caterer said to them “No, No, I cannot give you my delicious food because your plates are dirty. Please, make sure your plates are clean before I can put food into them ”. Then God spoke to the Pastor saying “Look at those people on the queue, they are your church members. See, the food on the table, it is meant for them but I will not put my good food into dirty vessels. The lives of your members are dirty. If they want to be blessed, let them cleans their lives".
(f) Lastly, let me also note that anything that can deny you of being blessed by God now, can also prevent you from making heaven. It is very important that you think deeply about your current life. That thing in you that is making you too ‘dirty’, for God to invest His blessings into your life, will also hinder you from making heaven. Even if you receive the blessings of God, that very thing too, which gives legal ground to the enemies to steal and arrest your blessings, can also make you unqualified for heaven.
I want you to desire to be blessed of God. The blessings of God Almighty are good. I want you to be blessed. I also want you to become a blessing unto others. One secret of being blessing is to learn from the lives of those who had been blessed by the Almighty God.
Qualities of those who are blessed of God.
(1) While God Almighty has the final prerogative on whom He blesses. a deep study of the Bible reveals that, most of the people that are blessed of God, are people, who live in obedience to God. Abraham was one of them He obeyed God, when God asked him to leave his father-land and go to a strange land that he never knew of. Genesis 26 records about the great blessing of God upon Isaac. The secret of this blessing was that Isaac obeyed God, when God said “ … Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of. Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee…” Today, there are many people who want God to bless them, but they are not ready to obey God. This is not divine order.
(2) Most of the people that are blessed of God in the Bible were people who took steps and actions of faith. They operated by faith. Beloved, when you see those who are blessed of God they do not say “it is impossible”, and neither do they say “I am not capable” nor “I am finished”. You will never find these blessed people among the group of people who say that “… and we were in our own sight as grass hoppers, and so we were in their sight”(Numbers 13 vs. 33) .. Blessed people are people like Caleb and Joshua, who spoke with faith that “If the Lord delights in us, then he will bring us into this land…” ( Numbers 14 vs. 8).. Caleb said, “Give me this mountain…” ( Joshua 14 vs. 12). Beloved, what are your own pronouncements?. What are you saying to your life now? Are you saying you are nothing? Those who receive the blessings of God are the people who confess positively that: “With God in my life, I am going to make it
(3) A deep investigation of the lives of those who were blessed of God in the Bible, shows that God-blessed people were self-less people. They were not selfish.. Quite often, they do not seek for the blessings for personal gains. They were always concerned about the people around them. .”. In their time, a household, a village or a city that has one or more of God-blessed people will become blessed. This is because the lives of blessed people radiate to others around them. They were positive influence upon their societies and households. This is exactly what God wants those of us who are Christians to be to our society and neighborhoods today.
(4) Dear reader, those who are blessed of God are not lazy people. They are people who work very hard. Elisha was busy “… plowing with ten yoke of oxen…” ( I Kings 19 vs 1), before Elijah cast upon him, the mantle he did not asked for. I have observed the way some people become Pastors nowadays. Having failed in other areas of life, they will suddenly realize that God has “called” them. They will go to bible school, obtain a certificate and this certificate qualifies them to become pastors. Elisha was busy, working and God called him. Your certificate is not enough for you to become a Pastor. You need the call of God Almighty. Many churches are being killed today, because they are being shepherd by Pastors who have certificates without the call of God. Indeed, ‘Pastoring’ is ‘killing the destiny of some people. It s also unfortunate to note that today, many of our so-called Pastors are lazy. I once pointed out to such pastors that the pastoral work that they are doing is killing their destinies. Many Pastors stay in their beds till about 10.00 a.m. while the God-blessed people were already awake by 4 am or 5 am and have had personal audience with God their Father. God is a God that blesses His people with strength and ideas to do great things. Our Pastors should not be contented to be Sunday-Sunday Pastors. They need to be innovative. They need to challenge themselves with some great visions that will take them out of their homes in the morning like other workers in the society. Pastoring is not a small responsibility. It is a job for hard-working, holy, faithful and true children of God. Moses once told Korah that: “Seemeth if but a slam thing unto you, that the God of Israel, hath separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to Himself to do the service of the tabernacle of the Lord, and to stand before the congregation to minister unto them?” ( Numbers 16 vs. 19). Beloved, Pastoring is for serious, hard-working, committed and visionary children of God, who are so called of Gd.
(5) Those that are blessed of God have personal intimate relationship with Him. Christianity is a personal relationship with God. I am disturbed when I find that we have turned Christianity to “Prayer-Point life” and we are only concerned about“battle and warfare” all the time. It is not all the time that you need to pray the prayers of “I fire back” or “Every enemy of my life, die, die, die.” . Christianity is a relationship of love with God Almighty. The way we relate with your earthly fathers is the way that you and I ought to relate with God. As a Christian, there are times, when you wake, you can talk to God in prayers ad say: “ O God, how are you?” Or “My heavenly Daddy, what are we going to do together today?” or “ Father and my God, how can I glorify your name in my life today?” . Prayers is communication between you and God, and prayer is also warfare between you and the enemy. Beloved, do you sit down at times and ask “God, what do you want to tell me now?”. Beloved, do you have a personal relationship with God?. If you are forced out of your present Church to a place where there is no Church, will you still be a Christian? I parked my car somewhere and on seeing the sticker of our church on it, a lady walked up to me saying “give me prayer points”. I felt sad within me. Unknown to her, Christianity is more than prayer points. It is a personal walk with God in your life. We have turned Christianity and Church to a place of battle-prayers alone. This ought not to be so. It is therefore no surprise that our churches are filled with multitudes and the churches are many, but our society is getting worse and wickedness is increasing in the land.
(6) Another thing you will see in the life of those who are blessed of God and those who attract blessings without asking, is that they live holy. It is sad to note that holiness is fast disappearing from our pulpits and our churches today. We no longer preach about heaven and Christian living. Instead, many of our pastors cannot preach any message that is not connected with war-fare, battle or deliverance. We made our people to be under the constant illusion of the threats of the enemies all the time, instead of helping them to enjoy the love, the blessings, the care, the power, the glory, the goodness and the presence of the Almighty Father (God). We are no longer grooming men and women for heaven. It is time for a change. We cannot continue this way. Many so called believers in our churches are going to hell fire and God is not happy with many of our churches. Messages of righteousness, faith, heaven hell-fire holiness, love, fear of God, salvation, repentance, forgiveness, is fast disappearing from our pulpits and there is a need for a change. There is no substitute for holiness, if you want to make heaven, and you want to please God. Holiness in your thoughts, in your words and indeed in every area of your life, no matter how minute, including your relationship with other people.
(7) People who are blessed of God are of encouragement unto others and they rejoice at the success of other people. Our attitude to the blessings of God can determine the level of blessings in our own lives. Your life will attract to you what you wish for others. If you don’t love others, it is going to be difficult for your life to attract true love. The same can be said of blessings. If your heart is darkened unto the others, then, there will be no place for blessings to reside in your heart.
(8) Beloved, I have found out that those who are blessed of God and who retain or keep their blessings are people who know how to pray and stand against forces that can attack their blessings. If you find out that God is blessing your life now, this is not the time for your prayer altar to be cold. There are some forces that want to attack your blessings. For you to obtain and retain your blessings, you need to know how to overcome them. Beloved, the best time to do night vigils, is not when your life is under attack; it is when things are going on well with you. This is because; these are the times, when the enemies of blessings will want to attack you. Please, pray, pray and pray, as if all your blessings depend upon prayer. And while you are praying, know that our God, can give you blessings that have not asked for.
Let me share with you the testimonies of some living people who receive blessings that they have not asked for. I once read a book written by Dr. David Oyedepo, in which he wrote about one of his past experiences. He said he used to own a ‘Volkswagen beetle’ car which gave him so much problems and requires constant repairs. The situation was so bad, that he had to push the car, on the road on many occasions when faults develop. One of such faults developed one day that he had to push the car over a long distance. On this very occasion, after pushing the faulty vehicle, he was surprised to find that, somebody had brought a brand new Peugeot 504 car and parked it in his house ( a gift ).. He then went to God, saying that he has not asked for the replacement of the Volkswagen car and God said “before you asked ,I will answer”. Isaiah 65:24 says : “ And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer, and while they are yet speaking, I will hear”. . As you are reading this message now, “Before you ask, God will answer in the name of Jesus” Amen .
Pastor Adeboye of the Redeemed Church in Nigeria, once narrated how he complained to God that God was blessing him too much, and God spoke to him and said “ I will not stop blessing you, except you stop serving me”. Beloved, the Christian life , is a life in which God showers His love upon His children. Our God blesses when you pray and ask Him to bless you. He also gives out blessings, which His children do not ask for.
Beloved, God is sending this message to you and I so that we can live the life that will attract divine blessings. It s high time, for the world to start to see true blessings of God, in the lives of Christians to the extent that people will want to serve the God that you profess to be serving. We need to know how to please God in our Christian walk, in such a way that God, our Father will be highly delighted in us and He will give unto us the blessings that we have not asked for. This is why this message is being concluded with a challenge on what you and I should do, so that our lives will be attracting the blessings that we have not asked for
What should you and I do so that our lives will be attracting divine blessings that we have not asked for ?
I will like you to meditate on Psalm 24:3-5 which says “Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation”.
Beloved, if you want your life to start to attract the blessings that you have not asked for, you will need to consider taking the following actions.
(a) Make God Almighty the Lord and the partner of your life. Accept Jesus Christ as Your Lord and Saviour. He is the only one who said: “ I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” ( John 14 vs. 6).
(b) Always seek for opportunities to bless other people. Never say that you have little and so you cannot bless others.
(c) Cultivate the habit that attracts divine blessings. There are some habits that if you commit yourself to them, will be attracting blessings without you asking such as : holiness, love, humility, forgiving those who offend you amongst others.
(d) Learn how to give unto God quality praise worship and thanksgiving. At times, just wake up and say “Daddy, I am not going to ask you for anything today. I just want to worship you”. That is why a praise worship period in the Church is very, important. When you miss the praise worship session, you are missing an important part of the church programme. Create time to bless God. How often do you go to God and say “God you are the Almighty without you I am nothing. You are the greatest helper of my life God, I know you are my shepherd. Oh God, I know you love me?”.
(e) Learn how to pray in tongues. Romans chapter 8:26 says “Likewise the spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered”.. It is good to pray in your own language but in your prayer periods, make time to also pray in tongue. There are many things that you need in your life that you yourself do not know about, but the Holy Spirit of God knows them. When you start to pray in tongues, the Holy Spirit will be telling God what you need and suddenly, you will just see good things happening in your life.
(f) Run away from habits that attract curses. Pride, lying, stealing, bitterness, anger, sexual immorality, marital unfaithfulness, drunkenness are some of the habits that attract curses instead of blessings and they must die in your, if you want to attract blessings into your life.
(g) Make sure that you associate with true children of God. Make sure that you look for the Josephs of our time and associate with them. Through this, what happened to Potiphar can happen to you.
(h) Look for opportunities to be of blessings unto others. Make it a habit to help others without expecting them to repay you. If you do this, God will repay you with the blessings that you have not asked for.
(i) Pray strategic prayers that attract blessings. These are the prayers that we shall be concluding this message with. When God hears you pray these prayers, He will bless you.
Beloved, what God has asked me to tell you, is that you are serving a God of blessing. However, there is a way you can live your life to please Him and He will bless you, without your asking. Close your eyes, and look at your life. Are you sincerely a child of God?. You may be a Church member, but if you are not a child of God, it is all a waste. You may even contribute money to build the Church but if you are not a child of God, you have just wasted your money. Right now, search your life with God identify lapses and make necessary amends. Proverb 28:13, says : “ He that covereth his sins shall not prosper, but whomso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Please, in concluding this message, I will be glad , if you can personally pray the following prayers.
Prayer Point:
1. I surrender the whole of my life unto Jesus Christ and I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
2. Anything in my life, that will not allow God to bless me, be destroyed, in the name of Jesus.
3. Any power in me, contrary to the power of God, die, in the name of Jesus.
4. O God, like clay in the hands of a Potter, remould me and help me to become what You have created me to be, in the name of Jesus.
5. Jehovah God, have mercy upon me, and deliver me from myself, in the name of Jesus.
6. O God, teach me Your way and help me to do Your will at all times, in the name of Jesus.
7. Help me to know You O God, in such a way that I do not need to now men, before I can fulfill my divine destiny, in the name of Jesus.
8. Almighty God, come and empower my life, so that I will become of great blessings unto other people, in the name of Jesus.
9. Help me O God, to become the solution to the problems in the lives of other people, in the name of Jesus.
10. O God, come and use my life to demonstrate Your power and greatness in this generation, in the name of Jesus.
11. O God, give unto me the spirit of wisdom and divine revelation, that will help me to live righteously and take the best decisions in life, in the name of Jesus. (Eph. 1:17).
12. Almighty God, let me be filled with the knowledge of Your will, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, in the name of Jesus. ( Col. 1:9)
13. O God, give unto me, the power to walk worthy of You, and to please You, in all my ways, in the mighty name of Jesus. (Col.1:10)
14. My Father and my God, help me to live the life that will make men to glorify You, because of me, in the name of Jesus.
15. The gap between where I am now and where God destined me to be, physically and spiritually, be closed, in the name of Jesus.
