THE REAL

o Aladdin like most of us had a desire within him to be a fake and impress
o We all have this battle within us saying yes to
o IT’S ALL ABOUT ME – Aladdin – I want to impress this princess and make her love me – so I am willing to be a fake prince just to impress her
o IT’S ALL ABOUT THE HERE AND NOW – Aladdin – It does not matter in the long run whether people find out the Prince was actually Aladdin – but for now – I want the princess
o IT’S ALL ABOUT MY GLORY – Aladdin – I want to be the prince – so that I can impress the princess – so that I can get married to her – so that I will be the next King – it’s goes on and on – all for my glory
o Stepping out of the world of animation into the real world – this evening I want to place before you THE REAL Plan you and I were designed for.
o Even before you took your first breath on planet earth – your Life’s Engineer – architect – your creator – had a photoprint of a drawing with white lines on a blue background, especially a print in the form of an architectural plan or technical drawing – within the Drawing room of His Office – marking your first breath, your 2nd breath – 100th breath – 1st million breath – a real blueprint – on how your one life should impact life on earth – You The Original – with The Original Plan – to create The History the way only you can do
o That’s why when you were born – God watched with a smile as your delivery took place – and the doctor announced – IT’S A BOY – IT’S A GIRL
o GOD rejoiced – when you as a baby opened your eyes into the awe-struck eyes of your parents
o GOD had one eye on his blueprint on his table – and one eye on you - as a baby you took the first steps – of standing – stumbling – falling – standing – (and ticked on his blueprint – ON SCHEDULE)
o Even as you made your parents laugh, cry, yell, - as you experimented with your childish antics – God watched over with care(and ticked on his blueprint – ON SCHEDULE)
o Friends, You and me THE ORIGINAL – designed by God with a special purpose – destined by God for a particular lifestyle – directed by God to be the REAL YOU – TO LIVE A LIFE OF INFLUENCE – TO LIVE LIFE KING-SIZE
o If this evening, if you and I could take a peek in God’s Drawing Room – and discover what is the Master-Planner’s Master-plan for you – you will be awestruck at the magnitude of the plan
o I won’t be surprised if few of us will shake our heads and wonder – why why have I wasted my life thus far
o While few others will have the sushmita sen look when she won the Miss Universe – Oh my – such a huge plan
o I guarantee everyone of us will be enlightened beyond description – Is this THE ORIGINAL PLAN
o Tonight all I want to attempt to do in the few moments we have before us – is to allow ourselves a combined peek into the Master Blueprint God has for your life and my plan – THE REAL PLAN
o During the time of Grandpa Noah – Grandpa Noah was a very old man – (you won’t believe it – he is actually very old ) – God was really disappointed because nobody wanted to follow the REAL Plan – every happily followed the FAKE – except one man – who lived and walked and talked THE ORIGINAL PLAN – His name was Grandpa Noah
o In the Drawing Room of God’s Office – if God laminates blueprints of people – I am quite convinced that Grandpa Noah’s Blueprint is laminated and decorated and with a thick frame hanging with a prominent view in God’s Office
o If you take a closer view on Grandpa Noah’s blueprint – you will notice most of the checklist on his life – is ticked on schedule by God – YOU WILL NOTICE something else – you will notice an unique wiring system engraved on the Blueprint marked in red with an special arrow – The REAL PLAN
o If you take a sneak peek at your blueprint lying on God’s Grand Table – in spite of the many unchecked boxes on your blueprint – the unique wiring system is engraved on the Blueprint is marked in red with an special arrow – THE REAL PLAN
o Grandpa Noah – and all Grandsons – including you and me – we are wired to follow THE REAL PLAN of our Life’s Architect – when our wiring is correctly fused into every detail of our life - it leaves a significant world-changing impact on our generation
o (Speakers (Logitech)– with great joy – MP3 player – it blew up) – These Logitech speakers were wired to function in a particular Logitech fashion(not in the BPL OR AHUJA) – when I misused its function – the whole thing blew up
o You and I wired by our Life’s Engineer to function in a particular fashion – we maximise our life and brings great joy to our Creator – when we run life’s system the way we are intended to function - the real plan
o Your question is – what is the unique wiring system – what is the real plan? – How did Grandpa Noah maximise his wiring to run the way it was intended to run? How can I do it?
o Are you ready for this? These are 5 non-stop GOD-WHISPERS(5 catchlines), God has sealed into our Life’s System - into our DNA –
1. LOVE ME FIRST –
o Grandpa Noah loved His God more than anything or anybody else in the world
o ‘Noah consistently followed God’s will and enjoyed a close relationship with Him’
o Can you sense God’s passion for you as He whispers to you – LOVE ME FIRST
o God deeply loves you and desires your love in return. He longs for you to know him and spend time with Him
o “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind’
o ‘Love me First – all others loves will fall into place’
2. TRUST ME OUT-OF THE BOX
o Grandpa Noah had 3 big problems – His Great Lover – God – wanted him to make boat to keep him and family safe from a rain which would cause floods
o His 3 fold problem was – God, what is RAIN? – God this boat once I build it how do I take it to nearest ocean? God, how do I do promotions to gather the animals?
o But Grandpa Noah – heard a gentle whisper of God that said – TRUST ME OUT-OF-THE-BOX – trust me even when things don’t make sense
o You and me think – and activate our senses based on things we are used to – our surroundings – we trust things within the box –
o But God invites you and me – BE THE ORIGINAL and trust me for things which you have not seen or heard of –
o I will do Original Things in your life and through your life – if you just trust in me
3. OBEY ME SHAMELESSLY
o The record states – Grandpa Noah did everything exactly as God had commanded him
o What all did everything include? – Building a massive boat for about 120 years – and not just any boat – but one specifically instructed on size, shape, materials and different numbers of animals on the boat
o And to keep focus on this for over 120 years was not easy – specially with people around him – mocking him – clown! Cartoon! Comedian!
o What made Noah stick to the Real Plan – He followed his wiring – he kept following the God-whisper – You are wired to OBEY ME SHAMELESSLY
o ‘When you obey me - You will look shameless – feel shameless –– but finally its the world that will be put to shame’
o ‘If you love me, you will obey my commandments’
4. THANK ME MEANINGFULLY
o 150 days after the flood – Grandpa Noah sat in silence – whew I thank you Lord, I trusted you when things did not make sense – I obeyed you even when I looked foolish – today I am alive to praise you and worship you
o Grandpa Noah is over 600 years old – by the time this flood is over – He was still fresh to listen the God-whisper – ‘Thank me meaningfully’
o David ‘I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving. This will please the Lord’
o Hear Him say - ‘Don’t just ramble off words without meaning – be grateful for every detail of your life – When you enjoy what I am doing in your life and you are thankful about it – It brings a smile to my face’
5. GIVE ME MAXIMUM
o After Grandpa Noah came out the boat – God gave him simple steps to follow – Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth…I now give you everything
o You and I wired like Grandpa Noah – to hear this God-whisper – GIVE ME MAXIMUM
o You are The Original – you have abilities and talents – that nobody else on planet earth has – Give your BEST talents to impact your world
o Can you hear him whispering ‘You give me your maximum – watch me give you everything you need to change your world’
o Day and night your Soul’s DNA keeps vibrating – pulsating your Life’s Creator’s Golden Words - LOVE ME FIRST – TRUST ME OUT-OF THE BOX – OBEY ME SHAMELESSLY – THANK ME MEANINGFULLY – GIVE ME MAXIMUM –
o When you and I follow the REAL PLAN – THE ORIGINAL PLAN – things happen which you did not plan for – let me explain
o There was a guy in the Bible who followed the Original Plan while his nephew followed The FAKE – Uncle Abe and his nephew Lot
o Listen to me as I read this story -
o Finally Abram said to Lot, “Let’s not allow this conflict to come between us or our herdsmen. After all, we are close relatives! The whole countryside is open to you. Take your choice of any section of the land you want, and we will separate. If you want the land to the left, then I’ll take the land on the right. If you prefer the land on the right, then I’ll go to the left.”
o Lot took a long look at the fertile plains of the Jordan Valley in the direction of Zoar. The whole area was well watered everywhere, like the garden of the Lord or the beautiful land of Egypt. Lot chose for himself the whole Jordan Valley to the east of them. He went there with his flocks and servants and parted company with his uncle Abram. So Abram settled in the land of Canaan, and Lot moved his tents to a place near Sodom and settled among the cities of the plain. But the people of this area were extremely wicked and constantly sinned against the Lord.
o After Lot had gone, the Lord said to Abram, “Look as far as you can see in every direction—north and south, east and west. I am giving all this land, as far as you can see, to you and your descendants[a] as a permanent possession. And I will give you so many descendants that, like the dust of the earth, they cannot be counted! Go and walk through the land in every direction, for I am giving it to you.”
o So Abram moved his camp to Hebron and settled near the oak grove belonging to Mamre. There he built another altar to the Lord.
o Nephew Lot – chose the best in his own eyes – remember the FAKE – It’s all about me –
o Nephew Lot – wanted the best NOW – remember the FAKE – IT’S ALL ABOUT HERE AND NOW
o Nephew Lot – wanted to chose what would give him maximum mileage – remember the FAKE– IT’S ALL ABOUT MY GLORY
o On the other hand – read Genesis 12 – 13 – Uncle Abe – followed the REAL Plan –
o I will LOVE GOD FIRST
o I will TRUST GOD OUT-OF THE BOX
o I will OBEY GOD SHAMLESSLY
o I will THANK GOD MEANINGFULLY
o I will GIVE GOD MAXIMUM
o And now listen to this – the masterstroke of being THE ORIGINAL and following the real plan – is when you allow THE FAKE to make his own choice – Uncle Abe – was not in any hurry to make his own choice – he allowed Lot to make His choice
o This segment is one of the most amazing moments in the history of the world – After Lot left – (as if God waiting for him to leave) – God turns to Abe – You know what – because you follow the real plan – I am going to give you everything!
o Hundreds and Hundreds and Hundreds of years later – because one man dedicated himself to follow the REAL PLAN – We still call him the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
o Tomorrow morning when you land up at your office desk – ask yourself – am I FAKE or THE REAL?
o You may ask me a question – Pastor Jacob, how do I really know whether I am being a FAKE or THE REAL – following the fake stuff or the REAL PLAN?
o I am glad you asked – because this is where we are going to conclude this evening – the elementary proof of who you are and how you live- FAKE or REAL – ask your enemies – ask few people who will tell you the truth
o But the ultimate proof- the real proof – the original proof – of whether you are living THE REAL PLAN – (ready for this) – you have to check out the results 50 years later – sometimes even when you are not in the scene anymore
o (As I close tonight – I want to close talking to you about couple of my favourite heroes – 1954 – young couple lands in Kolkata India – when they landed in Kolkata – October 6 1954 – they were not probably thinking of May 20th 1989(when I accepted Christ in the same Church) – they were not probably thinking of March 2 1990(when I took water baptism) –
o Mark & Huldah Buntain – when you follow the REAL PLAN – you change the world inside out – they loved God first – they trusted God out-of-the-box – they obeyed God shamelessly – they thanked God meaningfully – they gave God maximum
o (When Abraham asked Lot – to choose – he was not thinking that one day the whole area will call out to the God of Abraham
o When Mark & Huldah Buntain took the first step to obey shamelessly in 1954 – they decided to follow God’s Real Plan!
