I. The great day of God’s wrath will come.

II. The Psalmist declares God’s Great mercy is everlasting to everlasting.

III. The World-wide preaching of the gospel in the final days is a sign of Christ coming and an expression of God’s Great Mercy.

IV. The post rapture world is shown God’s Mercy amidst the display of God’s great wrath. In wrath God remembers Mercy. Habakkuk’s prayer is heard. The earnest fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much James 5:16
V. The 144,000 Jews, sealed servants of God, magnifies God’s Mercy in the times of Great Tribulation.

We with Habakkuk should be praying, ‘O God in wrath remember Mercy.’ Woe be unto us, our nation, yea our world if God gives to us what we deserve. Our only hope is His mercy.
