This week as I left my office, I turned on my radio to hear a sad story. It troubled me deeply. Our State and the laws of our state are being pushed towards something that is ungodly, unnatural, and according to scripture, an abomination.
MARYLAND LEGISLATION: Senate is voting on Gay Marriage 21 votes, need 24-28.
An abomination. Not just Maryland, Rhode Island, USA; Netherlands, Africa, The WORLD.
Leviticus 18:1-5, 22-30 (KJV)

GODS LOVE and DESIRE
For us to love HIM
Luke 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
Romans 8:38-39 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
WE LEARNED IN 1 JOHN that we need to keep our slate clean before the LORD. We are to:
CONFESS
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 Peter 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
WARNING
Ezekiel 33:9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
Ezekiel 33:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
HUMBLE, PRAY, TURN FROM WICKEDNESS
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
God loves us all. All sin is the barrier between us.
He gives us the choice to follow or reject Him.
Our Actions come from our Heart.
LOVE GOD - HATE SIN
GOD LOVES AND GOD HATES
WE ARE TO LOVE, WHAT GOD LOVES. GOD SO LOVED…THE WORLD. PEOPLE. WE ARE ALSO TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER, AS GOD LOVES US.
GOD HATES – HATES SIN
WE LOVE GOD, AND HATE WHAT HE HATES. WE SHOULD ALSO HATE SIN.
God Loves – And God Hates
He hates sin. Even just one lie, one twisting of the truth puts us in the same category as the murderer.
But God’s Love is so great, that if we would REPENT, confess and change our ways, He will forgive us and cleanse us, bringing us to full relationship with Him.
We are to Love one another, as God loves us. Love the sinner, hate the sin.
1 Corinthians 13:6-7 (paraphrase)
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
