Sin offering
Sin is refusing to enter in to the will or image of God.
high priest (Lev4:3)
If the priest that is anointed do sin according to the sin of the people; then let him bring for his sin, which he hath sinned, a young bullock without blemish unto the LORD for a sin offering.
he represents the people before God.So his sin is brought on the people.
Gods leaders more than any should know and recognize sin.To be able to refrain and avoid it.therefore they pay the highest price for sin.A young bullock was of great value.
if the priest is corrupt the congregation is corrupt or will be if they continue to follow.
One priest sin could affect the nation
congregation(Lev4:13)
And if the whole congregation of Israel sin through ignorance, and the thing be hid from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which should not be done, and are guilty;
the process here is the same as the priest.A bull for the whole congregation or a bull for one priest.
it would be less of an impact on 600,000+ people to give one bull for sin.though it is the same price that the priest payed.the sin of one priest and the sin of all the multitude of people are the same.
also this could have happened because they fallowed the priest.
tribal leader(Lev4:22)
When a ruler hath sinned, and done somewhat through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD his God concerning things which should not be done, and is guilty;
His sin though still sin is less than the two previous.he is still a leader (of a tribe)in public view.
A male goat is his sin offering.witch still could be costly to him.But less value than the previous two.
this is almost the same process as the others except the blood is not taken in to the temple. it is placed on the horn of the burnt offering alter then poured out at the base(foot) of the altar.

And if any one of the common people sin through ignorance, while he doeth somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and be guilty;
The sin offering here is less yet a female goat or lamb.this could still be of great value to its owner.
this is the only place that God made provision for the poor if you can't afford this then the cost was two doves or young pigeons.
If this was still more than they could afford then provision was still made they could bring a small amount of fine flour and the sin would be forgiven.
So the cost of forgiveness was withen reach of everyone.
forgiveness that costs little or nothing is valued the same.if one would give the best sin offering that can be given.then forgiveness would come.
Let us look at how God views giving(Mark12:41-44)
And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much. 42. And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing. 43. And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: 44.For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.
Luke12:48
But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
order of blood sacrifice for sin
the animal must be brought to to door of the Tabernacle(not in for no sin can enter)(Lev4:4)
The guilty and the priest must then lay their hands on its head (imparting the sin into the animal)
The guilty must then kill the animal (knowing that it is him that should die)(Lev1:5)
The priest must carefully gather the blood(for atonement)(without shedding of blood there was no remission of sin)

Every year this was made to cover the sins from one year to another.And any sin that had been sacrificed for.If there was no sacrifice there was no covering. It's not for present sin or future sin.
The blood of Christ is that for us to remove past sin!!!!
if it come into the mind of a person the they wronged another the first thing they should do is make Restoration then take the sacrifice to the priest
there are different kind a of sins but all in all,the Bible teaches that the wages of sin is death.(Rom.6:23)
sin today is condemned by the intent of the heart.The bible teaches to put every thought into subjection,
out of your heart comes forth blessings or cursings,charity thinks no evil.
