THE FULL GOSPEL
Mark 1:1The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;
Eph.1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
His work while he was here on the earth.
1. He died as our ransom (Deliverance)
1 Tim. 2: 6Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
To deliver us for our sins
To prepare for judgment
To teach Gods way to go to heaven.
To take ours sins on himself
2.He rose as our justification (Liberty)
Romans 4: 25Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.
He came forth to defeat the devil
He came forth to defeat sin
He came forth to defeat death
He came forth to give us victory
That we may have liberty to praise him
3. He lives as our Saviour ( Our Security)
Romans 5:10For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
We can have total peace
We can have a new life
We can have a pure heart
We can safety in his arms
We can have joy ,peace and happiness
We are wrapped in his Love
4. He comes as our Glorifier (Our Goal)
2Thess. 1:10When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
One day he will come get us
Then we can live forever in total peace
No sin
No death
No pain
No separation
At home with the Lord for ever and ever.
