Sexual immorality will easily come to mind as an agent of defilement of a holy life; furthermore, a person who has indulged in making the body unclean has also grieved the Holy Spirit and is about crucifying Jesus a second time! (Ephesians 4:30, Hebrews 6:6). We have been taught in the scripture that there are OTHER WAYS the human body—the temple of the Holy Spirit—can be defiled, made unclean, and thereby attract demonic spirits and deposits. So you really need to "pass the time of your sojourning here in ’fear’" (1 Peter 1:17).
“What comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man … But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.”—Matthew 15:10-19, NKJV. “Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of BITTERNESS springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled.”—Hebrews 12:15, NKJV. To be a person of integrity (moral uprightness) requires that you control the kinds of things you say even when you are in the company of people who do not know you or who do not know any better. Avoid carrying FALSE REPORTS such as: Spreading unconfirmed damaging stories in order to indirectly punish those you don’t like, developing and spreading damaging stories about a person from an observation which does not always suggest an evidence (Exodus 23:1;2). Avoid carrying exclamations or using phrases that are related to sexual activity in your everyday conversation; for instance, using the phrase ‘fuck up’ or a phrase describing the male or female private part as exclamations in your conversations. Instead of ‘fucked up,’ say ‘messed up,’ ‘botched’ or ‘goofed.’ Otherwise have your mouth shut (Ephesians 4:29, Ephesians 5:4, Colossians 3:8, Leviticus 19:16). In addition, the book of psalms 101 verse 5 has something to say about slander.
There is another kind of talk that wrecks more havoc than all the others put together. Certain comments about God’s servants who do the work of God could amount to blasphemy. Remember the scripture says, “But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, it is only by Beelzebub, the prince of demons that this fellow drives out demons … Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.”—Matthew 12:24-32, NIV. You must choose your words carefully because the devil likes to have certain people misrepresented and marked with the wrong reputation all in an effort to hinder their effectiveness in the ministry of God’s work.
Brawling which means quarreling or fighting in a rough or noisy manner should also be avoided knowing that you do not own yourself anymore; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, “…and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit (’introjects’ - people who project out of their bodies using demonic power - should take note!), which are God’s." You now have a master Jesus and should stand in awe of Him while He handles the situation. In other words, your situation is His situation and you being an instrument should react the way Jesus would approve. Surrendering all means you must also conform to a gentlemanly conduct (2 Timothy 2:23-26).

Please forgive me and let your power begin to cleanse me. Let the Holy Spirit take over my mouth as I dedicate my life to you now. In the name of Jesus. Amen!
Living a holy life requires that a believer becomes conscious of these facts and more. Those who have engaged in these habits should start cleansing themselves. Understand that the cleansing is a process which time of completion varies with prayer and obedience. The use of prayers has always proved effective. As you pray concerning a matter, the Holy Spirit reveals more details and prayers can be re-directed accordingly. The peace of God will be with you as you turn to part three of this message.
