ARE YOU CRAZY
Romans 15:5 Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
6That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As a saint of God where is your mind is it on the things of God are on things you want.
1. A right mind.
Luke 8:35 Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.
Right in the sight of God.
Right in the eyes of the Church
Right in the eyes of the Holy Ghost.
2. A sound mind
2nd Tim. 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
A sound mind is strong
A sound mind is filled with Gods ways
A sound mind is full of love and grace.
3. A pure mind
2nd Peter 3:1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
A pure mind is clear of the world
A pure mind is fixed on good not evil
A pure mind looks for the best in everything.
4. A spiritual mind.
Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
A spiritual mind is set on God
A spiritual mind sees things Gods way.
A spiritual mind hate the ways of the world.
5. A guided mind
1st Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
Guided through the power of God
Guided in the word of God.
Guided through the spirit of God.
6.A garrisoned mind
Phil. 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
A mind on guard every day we live
A mind with mighty forces from Heaven leading us.
A mind that has all the host of heaven in it.
7. A renewed mind
Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
A mind that don’t look back
A mind that looks at our lives ahead not behind
A mind that is fixed on sacrifice for all man kind.
