A Over the last 2 years, we have seen the interesting links between biblical prophecy & events happening in our world today.
1 One of the amazing predictions is the formation & order of empires that will rise & fall, eventually leading to one final empire that will impact the entire world.
2 Daniel (over 2,600 years ago in Babylon) gave their order, & 600 years later it was given additional insight by John the Revelator. A 7th & 8th empire were revealed prior to Messiah’s coming to Jerusalem. ...and they are seven kings; five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; and when he comes, he must remain a little while.11 "The beast which was and is not, is himself also an eighth and is one of the seven, and he goes to destruction.12 "The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour. b In Daniel 2:31-33, he has a vision of a large metallic-like image of a man. You, O king, were looking and behold, there was a single great statue; that statue, which was large and of extraordinary splendor, was standing in front of you, and its appearance was awesome.32 "The head of that statue was made of fine gold, its breast and its arms of silver, its belly and its thighs of bronze,33 its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay. ee Eventually, the iron & clay comingle & conclude at the very end of days with ten toes of miry clay & iron. In that you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it will be a divided kingdom; but it will have in it the toughness of iron, inasmuch as you saw the iron mixed with common clay.42 "As the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of pottery, so some of the kingdom will be strong and part of it will be brittle.43 "And in that you saw the iron mixed with common clay, they will combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery. c I believe we are in the formation of the two feet.
aa West/democracy is the clay, east/Iron Curtain/communism/China is the iron.
bb Daniel says these will comingle, but not hold, mixing a concoction of strength/weakness.
d China is example/proof: try to mix democracy (economy) & communism (no freedom of speech, assault religion)
3 After the 6th (Roman) kingdom falls, a 7th rises up: “short space”.
a The 7th will be a continuance of the 6th- not have the power, influence, destructive power of the 8th (kingdom of the beast).
b Final empire: 10 kings/kingdoms, & during a one-hour meeting they will surrender their authority to the Antichrist. The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour.13 "These have one purpose , and they give their power and authority to the beast. Rev 17:12-13 (NASB)
aa For 42 months all goods bought & sold will be under his control. and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six. Rev 13:17-18 (NASB)
Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.2 And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years;3 and he threw him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he would not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be released for a short time.4 Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. c Many scholars believe the 7th kingdom will exist before the final kingdom of the beast.
aa For 60 years taught reunification of Imperial Roman Empire & the EU formed & caught acceptance.
bb Some scholars believe this 7th Empire will rule the East/West (Christian/Islam -take control of much of Israel & lead the world to Armageddon)
cc 7 yr-42 weeks (3 ½) government of 10 nations/kings & then 3 ½ years (8th Kingdom swallowed up the 7th to rule)
4 Daniel (In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel saw a dream and visions in his mind as he lay on his bed; then he wrote the dream down and related the following summary of it .2 Daniel said , "I was looking in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the great sea.3 "And four great beasts were coming up from the sea, different from one another. Dan 7:1-3 (NASB)) & John (And the dragon stood on the sand of the seashore .Then I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns were ten diadems, and on his heads were blasphemous names. Rev 13:1 (NASB)) both saw a beast “rise up out of the sea”, which alludes to a sea of nations.
a Daniel saw a beast rise out of the “Great Sea” aka Mediterranean Sea.
b If the final kingdoms emerge from the region of the previous ones, how does America fit in?
aa Will America & Europe pave the road as the initiator of a 7th global empire?
bb Will the American president (now or later) be the premier leader of a New Order?
cc Will the New Order carve the road for a final dictator?
5 Time & events are indicators of prophetic fulfillment.
a I can give you some theories, insight, speculation, but all purposes are eventually determined by the will of God.
b When the restraining forces are removed that are tarrying the formation of the 7th Empire there will be unrestrained evil, wickedness, sin-emergence of Antichrist, Armageddon, & the return of the Messiah.
B To date, not one president would have been popular enough to be seen as a unifier/leader of a new global order, to form a United States of Europe, until the election of the 44th President, Barack Hussein Obama.

a Communism/socialism/Marxism/Free Trade/democracy/Islam/Christianity
b Any leader would have to unify cultures, religion, & ethnicity.
aa Throughout history, there have been many candidates-all failed.
bb Now we may see another candidate in President Obama

aa Went by his nickname, Barry, until college (Barack Hussein)

cc Embraced by more “progressive” Christians & moderate Muslims
c Because he has a black father from Kenya, great appeal to the black community (especially in Africa: danced in the streets when he was elected)

a Canada & Western Europe operate on a socialist form of government; the first year of Obama’s administration has thrilled Europe.
aa Nationalization/socialism is the government most of them have.
bb America would no longer be seen as superior superpower to Germany, France, & England-level playing field.
b Henry Kissinger, Economist Magazine 2008, “Now that the clay feet on the economic system have been exposed, the gap between a global system for economics & the global political system must be addressed as a dominant task...”
• On January 1, 1968, he entered the Roman Catholic Franciscus Assisi Primary School in Jakarta, Indonesia, registered under the name Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen whose religion is listed as Islam.
• Three years later, in 1971, Obama enrolled in the Besuki Primary School, a government school, as Barry Soetoro, Muslim
• All Indonesian students are required to study religion at school, and young Barry Soetoro, being a Muslim, would have been required to study Islam daily at school.
• According to Tine Hahiyary, one of Obama’s teachers and the principal from 1971 through 1989, Barry actively took part in Islamic religious studies and “studied ‘mengaji’ (recitation of the Quran)” during his time at the school. Mengaji indicates learning to recite the Quran in the Arabic language rather than the native tongue.
• Classmate Rory Amiris describes young Barry as “being a very devout Muslim.” Amiris, now the manager of Bank Mandiri, Jakarta, recently said, “Barry was previously quite religious in Islam.”
• Emirsyah Satar, CEO of Garuda Indonesia, was quoted as saying, “He was often in the prayer room wearing a ‘sarong’ at that time. He was at that time. He was quite religious in Islam but only after marrying Michelle, he changed his religion.
• Barack Obama’s brother Roy, who was, Obama said, “the person who made me proudest of all”, converted to Islam over Christianity, arguing that the black man must “liberate himself from the poisoning influences of European culture.”
• While a senator, Obama stumped for his cousin Raila Odinga, who was seeking election as president of Kenya. Raila Odinga and Sheikh Abdullah Abdi, chairman of the National Muslim Leaders Forum of Kenya, signed a Memorandum of Understanding in which Raila agreed, if elected president, “within 6 months rewrite the Constitution of Kenya to recognize Shariah as the only true law sanctioned by the Holy Quran for Muslim declared regions [and] within one year to facilitate the establishment of a Shariah court in every Kenyan divisional headquarters...and to popularize Islam, the only true religion...by ordering every primary school in Kenya in the regions to conduct daily Madrassa classes.”
• An American Expat in Southeast Asia blog, written by an American who has lived in Indonesia for twenty years and has met with both the Taliban and al Queda contains the following, “Barack Hussein Obama might have convinced some Americans he is no longer a Muslim, but so far he has not convinced many in the world’s most populous Muslim country who still see him as a Muslim and a crusader for Islam and world peace.”
A Harris poll was conducted in January 2009 & published in February. In it, when adult Americans were asked to name a someone they admired enough to call them their hero, Barack Obama was the number one person mentioned, followed by Jesus in second and Martin Luther King in third.
In December 2009 the Danish newspaper Politiken stated Obama is greater than Jesus because Jesus only helped a few people, while Obama’s efforts will benefit many people.
