“WHO IS YOUR KING?”
TEXT: Revelation 19:11-16
“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, Yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary.”
VI. EL ROI-- (The God Who Sees)
After Hagar bore Ishmael, Sarah treated her so harshly, Hagar ran away.
She fled into the wilderness.
She was removed from family.

“Then she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, “Thou art a God who sees…”
VII. JEHOVAH JIREH-- (The Lord Will Provide)
God asked Abraham to offer his only son as a human sacrifice.
The pagan nations around them practiced human sacrifice regularly.
God was in essence asking Abraham, “Is your love for me, the true God as great as their love for their false gods?”
So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. And to this day it is said, “On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided.”

X. JEHOVAH SABBOATH-- (The Lord of Hosts)
“Sabbaoth” means “to assemble.” The idea seems to be warfare, warriors.
They are assembled for battle.

“David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.”

“Who is the King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O gates, and lift them up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory.”

Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. 4 THERE IS A RIVER, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.”
XIII. JEHOVAH RAPHA-- (The God Who Heals)
Exodus 15:22-26
“Then Moses led Israel from the Red Sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness and found no water. And when they came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter; therefore it was named Marah. So the people grumbled at Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?” Then he cried out to the LORD, and the LORD showed him a tree; and he threw it into the waters, and the waters became sweet. There He made for them a statute and regulation, and there He tested them. And He said, “If you will give earnest heed to the voice of the LORD your God, and do what is right in His sight, and give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I, the LORD, am your healer.”
