The Favor of God will Produce Blessings!
We through life endeavor to get the favor of people. Whether we are in sales, trying to get the favor of an account or a young man interested in a young lady, a child with his father, a student with his teacher, worker with his boss, etc. However, we should most try to get the favor of God by doing His Will. Here are 10 blessings that come with His favor.
I. God’s favor can produce Supernatural increase and promotion.
Gen 39:21 But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
A. We see how God took Joseph out a bad situation and he eventually became Prime Minister of Egypt.
B. We say that the key was he ran from evil.
II. It brings Restoration of Every thing the Enemy has stolen.
Exodus 3:21 And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty:
Psalm 105:37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
A. God is able to turn a bad situation into a good one.
III. It brings Honor in the midst of adversaries.
Exodus 11:3 And the LORD gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover the man Moses was very great in the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh’s servants, and in the sight of the people.
IV. It can produce increased assets.
Deuteronomy 33:23 And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the south.
V. It can give great and unusual victories even against impossible odds.
Joshua 6:20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city
Joshua 10: 9 Joshua therefore came unto them suddenly, and went up from Gilgal all night. 20 And the LORD discomfited them before Israel, and slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them along the way that goeth up to Bethhoron, and smote them to Azekah, and unto Makkedah.
A. God can turn a bad situation into victory in an unusual way.
VI. God’s favor can give recognition and promotion even when you seem to the least likely one to receive it.
1 Samuel 16:22, And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight.

VII. It can produce prominence and preferential treatment, favor and kindness.
Esther 5:8 If I have found favour in the sight of the king, and if it please the king to grant my petition, and to perform my request, let the king and Haman come to the banquet that I shall prepare for them, and I will do to morrow as the king hath said.
VIII. Get Petitions granted, even by ungodly civil authority.

IX. It can change rules, regulations, even laws if necessary to your advantage.
Esther 8:5 And said, If it please the king, and if I have found favour in his sight, and the thing seem right before the king, and I be pleasing in his eyes, let it be written to reverse the letters devised by Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to destroy the Jews which are in all the king’s provinces:
X. His favor can win battles you did not even have fight, because God will fight them for you.
Psalm 44:1-3 We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old.
2 How thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and plantedst them; how thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out.
3 For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.
It is not wrong when we seek the favor of men, however, it is most important we strife to have the favor of God in our lives. How?
1. Study the Word of God.
2. Be a doer of the Word.
3. Pray daily and be filled continually with His Holy Spirit.
4. Then you can be led of the Spirit.
5. Tell others what Christ means to you.
This is a good start in bring the favor of God in your life. Remember Enoch, before God translated him, he had a testimony that pleased God.
