4 levels of commitment
1. Come and See...John 1:43 The following day Jesus wanted to go to Galilee, and He found Philip and said to him, “Follow Me.” 44 Now Philip was from Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter. 45 Philip found Nathanael and said to him, “We have found Him of whom Moses in the law, and also the prophets, wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.” 46 And Nathanael said to him, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.”
This is the stage...We believe in Jesus...
Verdict still out on HOW GOOD IS HE?
When we see God be good.... WE SAY HE’S GOOD
When things are bad... WE’RE NOT SURE WHAT HE IS
Day of prayer and fasting for rain.. Letters, Emails
“Come thank the Lord for the Rain.”....
I thank the Lord for the drought
Seedtime and harvest... IT’S ALWAYS GONNA RAIN... RAIN IS GOOD
Why wasn’t God just as good... DURING THE DROUGHT

Once you’ve seen what you need to see...Go From being a Watcher/ Follower
We’re ready for a challenge...HUNGRY.... TEACHABLE
Quit asking God to do it all...
Realize we can do it too
John 14:12 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
Some say, “greater than raise than dead, greater that heal the crippled.”
Greater leader, Greater at forgiving, greater at having mercy
We must learn to follow Christ...HE KNOWS WHERE HE’S GOING
This is when church leaders are made ---- Where is God leading me... I’LL GO
3. Come and Surrender... Mark 8: 34 When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. 35 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it.
This is when our commitment becomes CONVICTION
THERE IS MUTUAL TRUST... You in God ..... GOD IN YOU
“You never know what God’s Gonna Do.” What’s... Holy...Right
