POSITIONED FOR SUPERNATURAL INCREASE

INTRODUCTION

God is a God of increase, multiplication, and advancement. From the beginning of Scripture, we see His desire for His people to grow, prosper, and flourish in every area of life. Supernatural increase is not a product of chance or human effort alone; it is the outcome of divine positioning and covenant alignment with God.

Deuteronomy 8:18 reveals a vital truth: it is God who gives the power to get wealth. This power goes beyond money—it includes wisdom, strength, opportunity, favor, and divine ideas. When a believer is rightly positioned with God, increase becomes a natural result of God’s covenant working in their life.

This message teaches that supernatural increase does not happen accidentally. It happens when a man or woman walks in obedience, faith, gratitude, and divine purpose. As you position yourself correctly, God releases increase that cannot be explained by human logic.

1. RECOGNISING GOD AS THE SOURCE OF INCREASE

Supernatural increase begins with a correct understanding of where blessings truly come from.

a) ACKNOWLEDGE GOD AS YOUR PROVIDER (Deuteronomy 8:18)

When you recognise God as the giver, pride is destroyed and dependence on Him is strengthened. This acknowledgment keeps your increase sustained and protected.

b) REFUSE SELF-DEPENDENCE (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Trusting in personal strength limits divine flow, but trusting in God invites supernatural supply beyond human capacity.

c) UNDERSTAND THE COVENANT DIMENSION (Genesis 12:2-3)

2. POSITIONING THROUGH OBEDIENCE AND RIGHT LIVING

a) WALK IN OBEDIENCE TO GOD’S WORD (Deuteronomy 28:1-2)

Obedience positions you under open heavens where blessings pursue and overtake you.

b) LIVE A SEPARATED AND GODLY LIFE (Psalm 1:1-3)

Righteous living plants you where increase flows naturally and consistently.

c) HONOUR GOD WITH YOUR RESOURCES (Proverbs 3:9-10)

Honouring God attracts divine overflow and secures financial increase.

d) AVOID COMPROMISE AND SHORTCUTS (Proverbs 10:22)

God’s blessing adds no sorrow; shortcuts invite losses disguised as gains.

Biblical Example: Joseph’s obedience and integrity positioned him for sudden promotion and national influence (Genesis 39-41).

3. FAITH AND DILIGENCE ATTRACT SUPERNATURAL INCREASE

Increase responds to faith-filled action and consistency.

a) EXERCISE BOLD FAITH (Hebrews 11:6)

Faith attracts God’s involvement in human affairs and releases supernatural outcomes.

b) LABOUR DILIGENTLY (Proverbs 22:29)

God blesses diligent hands; laziness blocks increase.

c) OBEY DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS (Luke 5:4-6)

Obedience to specific instructions leads to unusual results.

d) REFUSE DISCOURAGEMENT (Galatians 6:9)

Persistence ensures harvest even when results delay.

Biblical Example: Peter obeyed Jesus’ instruction to cast his net again and experienced overwhelming increase (Luke 5:4-7).

4. GRACE FOR SUSTAINED AND MULTIPLIED INCREASE

God not only gives increase, He sustains and multiplies it.

a) RELY ON DIVINE GRACE (2 Corinthians 9:8)

Grace ensures sufficiency and abundance for every good work.

b) MANAGE INCREASE WITH WISDOM (Luke 16:10)

Faithfulness in stewardship determines the level of future increase.

c) USE INCREASE FOR GOD’S PURPOSE (Matthew 6:33)

Kingdom-focused use of resources attracts continuous supply.

d) EXPECT GREATER DIMENSIONS (Proverbs 4:18)

God’s increase is progressive; the path of the righteous shines brighter.

Biblical Example: Solomon asked for wisdom, and God added wealth, honour, and lasting increase (1 Kings 3:10-13).

CONCLUSION

Supernatural increase is God’s intention for His children, but it demands proper positioning. When you acknowledge God as your source, walk in obedience, exercise faith, and rely on divine grace, increase becomes inevitable. God delights in blessing His people so that His covenant may be established.

As you position yourself rightly, expect God to release ideas, opportunities, favor, and resources that will move you into higher levels of impact and testimony. This season, you are divinely positioned for supernatural increase.
