God’s ready to do a new thing in us

If you get complacent during this journey of life- Never get anything new

IF praise bothers you- you cant really read the bible

Every time in the bible- when God was moving- Accompanied by praise

Ezra- temple people crying and shouting-----

Jesus entering- disciples started praising—

Pharisees- same yesterday today and forever—

They say tell em all to shut up

The rocks would cry out

So when God is moving- It’s alright to praise before the Lord

David danced before the Lord

Praise is so controversial in today’s church- Because it requires something from you

When you begin to give God praise and worship

He gets more of you

As he gets more of you-

HE’s able to tell you what the new thing is

After you witness a new thing-

Praise and worship starts—it’s a cycle

Ezekial 37:1-14

WE can read this and see a big- evangelistic slant to

God’s going to breathe into the lost- and save them

WHAT IF HE”S TALKING TO THE CHURCH

What if? I Didn’t say he was,

I said WHAT IF?- The majority of Gods people were dry dead bones

We die because we’re afraid to have faith in God?

One day, God comes to you and says, “CAN I DO THIS?”

What’s your answer?- ONLY YOU KNOW LORD?- COP-OUT

The He says,

"YOU SPEAK TO THE BONES- YOU STEP OUT ON FAITH"

Then what are going to do-

EITHER STAY DRY BONES- GET SOME LIFE

VS 7-8- Just because God speaks to you- You make some noise- YOU’re not done

CHURCH IS FULL OF TOO MANY PEOPLE- with skin and no BREATH

There’s lot’s of NOISE MAKERS IN THE CHURCH

BREATH- “SPIRIT”----

TO do something new- have to have the Spirit working in you

VS 9-11

Our dreams die when we have no hope

Proverbs 13: 12Hope deferred makes the heart sick: but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life

The minute God breathed breath or Spirit or HOPE into them---they came alive

LOTS of Christians rattling- making noise- how many motivated and alive by SPIRIT

“Shane he’s talking to the JEWS”

ROMANS 2:29But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

SOME OF OUR BONES ARE VERY DRY---

How can they be our bones- we have life---

Yeah your spirit is forever alive

There has never been bones found- of something that’s hasn’t been alive

YOU MAY HAVE LIFE IN YOUR FLESH- BUT NOW THERE JUST DRY

We can have a form- no force

A structure- no power

God’s spirit is breathing into his KIDS---WE need to be ready to become alive

We need to quit shaking and be shook up----ALL SHOOK UP

DO YOU HAVE LIFE ON YOU NOW?

All bones need life- Lutheran bones- Baptist bones- Pentecostal bones- Methodist bones

BEHOLD I DO A NEW THING_ PAPAS GOT A BRAND NEW BAG

Anytime Christians see a new Thing---

"IT”S THE DEVIL"- I’ve done it

I’m wanna stamp out traditions

Laugh at Religion

I see dead people going to church, and the church says

“Well this is how Christians are”

Bull

You mean I gave up sinning for this –----

I WANNA HAVE FUN

God will bring his people together- get away from religion denominations traditions.

Get Closer to Jesus-

Membership- Alliances, Assoc.- None unite- None get you closer

Plugging into Jesus- That’s where revelation is given

John 11:1-35

Why did Jesus Weep?- John Hagee say- cuz he loved Lazurus

HE wept because they still had no faith- He knew Laz dead 4 days ago

HE wept because Jesus was talking life and all they could do was talk death

When Jesus sees the church- He weeps-

All we talk about is death- He has life

All the Old Hymns-

When we all get to Heaven---Won’t it be wonderful there

I’ve got a mansion over the Hilltop--

ALL WE CAN TALK ABOUT IS DEATH

JESUS IS LIFE

God wants to do a new thing

Papa really does have a brand new bag

Something new that could change us forever

Let’s allow God do something new in our lives
