Our Kingdom Is Not Of This World But Of God

Topic: OUR KINGDOM IS NOT OF THIS WORLD BUT OF GOD

John 18:33-36King James Version (KJV)

33 Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews?

34 Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me?

35 Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done?

36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Beloved, Jesus made a statement that every Christian needs to have in mind as He lives on this earth.

He said His Kingdom is not of this world; if His Kingdom was of this world then would His servants fight to defend Him that He is not handed over to the Jews.

Beloved as a Christian your Kingdom is not of this world. You don't belong to this world and there are many things that the world would do to hand you over to the people who want to murder you or destroy you.

You will receive no protection or fair judgement from this world. You will receive no favours or whatsoever from this world.

But one thing you should know is as Jesus was treated badly because He was not of this world and yet still they couldn't overcome Him so shall you never ever be overcome by the world.

They killed Him thinking they had finished Him but He rose again to a more excellent glory, power and name that when His name is mentioned every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that He is Lord.

Similarly, the world would think they are destroying you or killing you but you will rise again and trample on the serpents and scorpions that are against you and the people who looked down on you and wrote you off would look up to you and propagate your story IN THE NAME OF Jesus.

Beloved your Kingdom is of God and at the right time you would inherit your rightful place in heaven. Don't be comfortable here on earth or expect the world to be fair and genuine to you.

They will scheme and do everything to finish you but the Lord God Almighty is greater than all. And in Jesus name we declare our success, progress and victory in this world. Amen.

*IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. Just live for Jesus and focus on the Kingdom of God, your final and permanent destination as a Christian.

Prayer: Father, strengthen me to carry on in this world to the glory of your holy name. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
