VIII. MAIN BODY:

A. CHRIST's one Perfect Sacrifice

"For by a single offering"

Hebrews 10:1 (Amplified Bible)

10:1 FOR SINCE the Law has merely a rude outline (foreshadowing) of the good things to come—instead of fully expressing those things—it can never by offering the same sacrifices continually year after year make perfect those who approach [its altars].

Hebrews 7:19 (Amplified Bible)

7:19 For the Law never made anything perfect—but instead a better hope is introduced through which we [now] come close to God.

Hebrews 7:25 (Amplified Bible)

7:25 Therefore He is able also to save to the uttermost (completely, perfectly, finally, and for all time and eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He is always living to make petition to God and intercede with Him and intervene for them.

Lots of sacrifices and offerings are offered during the old testament or old covenant, but it can't made perfect those who come to the Tabernacle, but the LORD is absolutely different from the human priests of the old testament because by His One Perfect Sacrifice, it ended all other sacrifices and offerings of men.

Hebrews 7:27 (Amplified Bible)

7:27 He has no day by day necessity, as [do each of these other] high priests, to offer sacrifice first of all for his own [personal] sins and then for those of the people, because He [met all the requirements] once for all when He brought Himself [as a sacrifice] which He offered up.

Hebrews 9:12 (Amplified Bible)

9:12 He went once for all into the [Holy of] Holies [of heaven], not by virtue of the blood of goats and calves [by which to make reconciliation between God and man], but His own blood, having found and secured a complete redemption (an everlasting release for us).

Hebrews 10:10 (Amplified Bible)

10:10 And in accordance with this will [of God], we have been made holy (consecrated and sanctified) through the offering made once for all of the body of Jesus Christ (the Anointed One).

B. CHRIST made us perfect forever

"He has forever completely cleansed and perfected those who are consecrated and made holy"

Hebrews 2:11 (Amplified Bible)

2:11 For both He Who sanctifies [making men holy] and those who are sanctified all have one [Father]. For this reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren;

Hebrews 13:12 (Amplified Bible)

13:12 Therefore Jesus also suffered and died outside the [city’s] gate in order that He might purify and consecrate the people through [the shedding of] His own blood and set them apart as holy [for God].

Acts 20:32 (Amplified Bible)

20:32 And now [brethren], I commit you to God [I deposit you in His charge, entrusting you to His protection and care]. And I commend you to the Word of His grace [to the commands and counsels and promises of His unmerited favor]. It is able to build you up and to give you [your rightful] inheritance among all God’s set-apart ones (those consecrated, purified, and transformed of soul).

Jude 1:1 (Amplified Bible)

1:1 JUDE, A servant of Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and brother of James, [writes this letter] to those who are called (chosen), dearly loved by God the Father and separated (set apart) and kept for Jesus Christ:

We can now safely address ourselves as William, a servant of JESUS CHRIST, called, dearly loved by GOD, the FATHER because of what JESUS had done on the cross of calvary.

IX. CONCLUSION:

Thank You very much LORD JESUS because of Your One Perfect Sacrifice of Yourself, you ended all types of sacrifices and made us perfect forever with You.
