Galatians 3: 27 - 28

For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

In the amplified

For all of you who were baptized into Christ [into a spiritual union with the Christ, the Anointed] have clothed yourselves with Christ [that is, you have taken on His characteristics and values]. There is [now no distinction in regard to salvation] neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you [who believe] are all one in Christ Jesus [no one can claim a spiritual superiority].

It is interesting to note that in the book of John 3: 16 God sent his only begotten Son to save man and whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. In this particular verse God sent his Son to every one of us, He did not specify the people He sent his Son to. In the eyes of God there is no distinction in regard to salvation. We are all one body and he sees us as one.

In the Genesis 1:26 God said something worth checking, He said this “Now let’s make humans who will be like us" therefore, in creation we can say that God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit were all working together as one.

The body of Christ are meant to work together as one accord so that there will be progress and not division. We cannot separate from one another according to the book of 1 Corinthians 12: 12 - 26

For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. For in fact the body is not one member but many.

If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling? But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. And if they were all one member, where would the body be?

But now indeed there are many members, yet one body. And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary. And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor; and our unpresentable parts have greater modesty, but our presentable parts have no need. But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it, that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.

Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.

This proves to us that God who is our creator knows what he is saying we cannot say we have no need for one another and as we do so we are actually deceiving ourselves. Let's imagine for a second that on the day of creation there was no agreement with the trinity/ what would have happened on that day? there will be chaos and everything would have fallen apart. But there was unity and everything came together beautifully.

Unfortunately the church in quote is not working together as we ought to according to God's word. There is not only division in the body of Christ but we are saying to each other we don't we need the foot, the ear, and the eye but this not not what God said, he set each members in the body has he pleased and we are to help each other's gift to grow and then we also become one in the body.

We are one body in Christ.

Looking at the dictionary meaning of Schism it means:

The formal separation of a Church into two Churches or the secession of a group owing to doctrinal and other differences.
