Summary: Old and new life: What is the new life? If I have to answer the question, we should know the element things of the life style. As I go to answer to this, I am going to show how our life should be.

1. Live strong. Where? In your situation. Why?

Mark 1:35, "Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed."

Leprosy was staying in that place .

1-A. This man's life was crippled.

Explain

2-B. This man's life was rejected by the society.

Explain

3-C. This man's life was mocked by family and friends.

Explain

The man's life became dark and solitary.

- Sent out side of the family to whom he helped.

- sent outside of the society where he was a social loving and kind.

Apply

Repeat Mark 1:35, Jesus came.

Why?

John 10:10, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."

Explain

- Jesus has come to give a perfect and complete life.

Because:

Psalms 51:17 says a broken and a contrite heart God you will not leave.

Explain:

Psalm 34:18, "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Illustration:

Bibles says:

Deut. 31:6, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

John 14:18, "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you."

Apply:

2. Find the truth: How can you find the truth? Realizing the reality of your life.

Mark 1:40, "A man with leprosy came to him and begged him on his knees, "If you are willing, you can make me clean."

Explain:

Matt. 12:15 "Many followed him, and he healed all their sick."

John 6:37, "Whoever comes to me I will never drive away."

Explain:

Therefore: Jesus Christ said :

Mat 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Explain:

Illustration: Mark 5:41,42. a synagogue ruler named Jairus - daughter.

Apply:

Matthew 9:36, "When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd."

3. Allow the truth in your life.

Because: God has compassion for you.

Apply:

Mark 1:41, "Filled with compassion, Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. "I am willing," he said. "Be clean!"

Explain: Willing to change you, your family. God expects you to come out of the darkness of a sinful life.

Reason:

When God completed His perfect creation, it was “very good.” There was no evil, no disorder, no chaos, no conflict, no pain, no discord, no disease, no decline, no death. But now we live our whole lives in a perpetual struggle with all of those things. Frankly, everything in our world now is anything but good.

What has gone wrong? When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, sin entered into our world, and everything went from being very good to being very bad. The Bible says, “Through one man [Adam], sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned” (Romans 5:12, NASB). We’ve all come from Adam and Eve, so we inherited what theologians call original sin. When Adam sinned, he brought death on himself and everybody else.

Romans 5:12 say that the world is in sin.

Romans 8:22 says “the whole creation groans” under this curse

Illustration: Jesus death on cross for our sins.

Conclusion

Rom 5:21, "so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

1Co 15:22, "For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive."

John 3:36, "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him."
