Summary: This is a very open outline to help incourage people not to give up in their walk with God because he sees our affliction, he hears our cry, and he knows about all our sorrows.

NEVER GIVE UP!

Isaiah 40:29

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

To you who have been serving God for a long time, never give up

To you who are physically tired and to those who are mentally tired from the journey....

To you who are just starting the journey....

To you who are struggling in your walk with God...

To you who are finding it hard to pray....

To you who are finding it hard to read God’s word...

To you who are discouraged....

To you who are downhearted...

To the depressed, the lonely, the sick, to those who feel like the devil is just walking all over you and doing what he wants with you NEVER GIVE UP!

Name of Isaiah

- the salvation of Jehovah

God does not only offer salvation for our souls but He also gives us a different term of salvation called DELIVERANCE from our struggles.

Ps 37:39-40

39 But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.

40 And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.

(KJV)

Exod 3:7-8

7 And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;

8 And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey;

(KJV)

I have surely seen

the affliction of my people which are in Egypt (your not there)

and have heard their cry (the cry of affliction, resentment, pain, help) whatever the cry God heard it. God has heard your cry!

for I know their sorrows;( I’ve seen, I’ve heard, I know, now its time)

Its time for what? I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians (its time to put a stop to this) ( I’ve got something better for you)

What I’ve got for you, you cant receive in this land you have to come out of there.

Closing

On October 29, 1941, U.K. Prime Minister Winston Churchill visited Harrow School to hear the traditional songs he had sung there as a youth, as well as to speak to the students.

Never give in. Never give in. Never, never, never, never--in nothing, great or small, large or petty--never give in, except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force. Never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.
