Summary: Why God is so angry with Amalek? Why should we blot out them?

"... thou shalt blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven; forget not this." Deuteronomy 25:19b.

Isaac had two sons - Esau and Jacob. Amalek is the grandson of Esau. Our heritage plays an important role in our lives. While one Jacob (Israel) becomes God's beloved, the other's descendants become enemies of God's children (Amalek). When we say Abraham-Isaac-Jacob, we understand that Esau was removed from it.

Of these, 70 people came to the land of Goshen with Jacob, his 12 sons and their families, and after 430 years of slavery, they became about 600,000 men. Meanwhile, Amalek, on the other hand, has increased extraordinarily. But when the people of Israel came out of Pharaoh's captivity, and stood at Rephidim without water, murmuring, quarreling, and angering God, the Amalekites, as if waiting for an opportunity, slaughtered all the weak ones behind the tired and weak Israelites.

God wrote in his book that day that he would blot out the memory of Amalek from the earth (Exodus 17:14). From generation to generation, war was declared against the Amalekites. This is the fate of those who harm God's children without any compassion. If you google 'Where is Amalekites today' you will see that the name was erased 2700 years ago. But Israel..? It remains a strong country.

Beloved, even though the tribe of Amalek is no more, that old serpent Satan wanders about whom he may devour. God wanted Moses with his hands uplifted on the mountain heights to overcome this power; And Aaron and Hur to strengthen those arms. If you don't raise your hand, they will fail. When the servants of God raise their hands, the warriors of the valley will be victorious. Are you ready? The final victory belongs to God's children. Amen...🙏
