1. Suggested Guidelines in your Personal prayer life the Bible Way
A. Always open your prayers with Model prayer or the Disciple’s prayer (Sometimes called the Lord’s Prayer)
Matthew 6:9-15
B. Always remember for your prayers to be complete- You must pray to the father on the name of Jesus through the word of God which will enable the Holy Spirit to help you.

C. Always confess your sins to the father claiming the blood of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit to help you in your repentance.
D. Always see God as your father who stands ready to:
i. Love You
ii. Forgive You
iii. Empower and help

E. Always see Jesus as being present and the Lord of your prayer life.

F. Always ask your father to anoint you and fill you with the Holy Spirit.
I. Pray that the Father will fill you with His Spirit of Love.

H. Always pray for your church family, pastor, brothers and sisters in Christ. Pray for the church fulfilling the great commission, pray for the unsaved, the backsliders and the weak Christians. Pray for committed, dedicated labors in the church. Romans 1:9
I. Always pray for your spiritual Family and your immediate Family.

2. Things to remember:
· Don’t be afraid to pray for the impossible. Luke 1:37
· Never pray in doubt and unbelief. Always remember that prayer is power and power is prayer. That anything the Bible says that you can do, you can do it. Because you can do all things through Christ which strengthenth you. Philippians 4:13
· Always remember to pray with a friend. For there is strength in unity. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 Matthew 18:20
