Love Like Jesus

John 15:9-12 King James Version (KJV)

9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

Beloved we serve a living Jesus who is love. Jesus doesn't have love He is love. Jesus doesn't have joy, He is joy.

To have His love or to abide in His love is to have Him or to abide in Him who is love. And to have His joy and be full in joy is to have Him and be full in Him.

The only way to have the above and dwell in it forever is to have His commandment and keep it. Jesus lived this by keeping His Father's commandments throughout His life here on earth, and He lives in the Father's love forever.

The commandment of Jesus is simple, love one another as He Jesus, has loved you.

This commandment is simple but deep. Beloved if Jesus is love and we want to keep this commandment then we also ought to be love.

His love in us, which is His person, should transform us into His state of love so that we can love like He does. Jesus loves all and hates none to the extent that at the point of great suffering and death He prayed for God to forgive those putting Him through the greatest suffering ever known in this world.

The love described up there is one of a kind. To live it, Jesus needs to be involved and in control. Without Jesus we can't love and love perfectly therefore get Jesus involved.

Beloved Jesus loves you, no matter your state or whatever you find yourself in and it doesn't matter whether you love Him back or hate Him or you have even sworn enmity for Him, Jesus loves all. He expects His followers to do same and live as He did with Him in their hearts.

Beloved *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. Love one another as Jesus loves you and live Jesus for Jesus.

Prayer: Father fill my heart with your Agape and let me live love, your love that is in your Son Jesus. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
