Living Supernaturally
God wants us to learn to live in a way that is unaffected by natural circumstances. This does not come automatically, but takes time and practice.
Living supernaturally means
* Where there is death, you will live
* Where there is sickness, it will not touch you
* Where the is famine, you will have more than enough
* Where there is disaster and violence, you will live in safety
* Where there is recession, you will have financial means
Here are a few things to apply in your life if you wish to ensure a supernatural outcome.
1. Sow seed continuously
It is always a good time to sow seed into God’s Kingdom. Sow yourself out of trouble and sow today to safeguard your future.
Genesis 26:1-2; 12-14 - There was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Abimelech king of the Philistines, in Gerar. Then the LORD appeared to him and said: "Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I shall tell you. Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the LORD blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines envied him.
2. Never camp
Do not ever tell yourself that you have arrived. The Christian life is a journey and not a parking lot. Never go back, but always move forward.
3. Watch your words
Spiritual people have a different vocabulary to people in the world. Words are powerful because they define who you are and where you are headed.
Mark 11:23 - For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be removed and be cast into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart, but believes those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
4. Always push the boundaries
Do not allow others to set boundaries for you because they will try and limit you.
5. Set your own agenda
Lamentations 3:22-23 - Through the LORD's mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.
Live with a purpose every day. Do not allow others to set your agenda for the day, because they will waste your time or get you to do things that do not take you where you want to go.
6. Have an effective prayer life
1 Thessalonians 5:17 - …pray without ceasing,
7. Be on fire for God
Matthew 5:6 - Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.
8. Confront
Matthew 11:12 - And from the days of John the Baptist until now the Kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.
9. Live under the cloud
Be anointed every day.
Psalm 92:10 -But my horn You have exalted like a wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil.
