Living In Obedience To God Almighty (The God Of Peace)

Romans 16:19-20 King James Version (KJV)

19 For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.

20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Hallelujah beloved, we bless the God of Peace for who He has made us, and for our salvation which is assured in His Son Jesus Christ, now and forever. Amen.

Beloved, do we today have such obedience to the Gospel and ways of God so much so that we can be testified about as Paul did about the Roman Christians?

The kind of life we are living as Christians, would people be amazed at our level of obedience to Who and What we believe in, (God Almighty, Jesus Christ, Precious Holy Spirit, the Gospel, the messengers God Almighty has sent to us and the things concerning the Kingdom of God) and broadcast us in a good light everywhere?

Beloved we need to obey God flawlessly. In so doing we would be wise in what is good. We will know when the good we are seeing, being requested to do or are doing is genuine and God approved or not. Good is what God says is good not what our little minds decides on.

If you obey God He will bless you with the wisdom, knowledge, understanding and skill to handle good according to His will.

Beloved, the Greek word translated as *"SIMPLE"* in the verse 19 of our text above is the Word *"AKERAIOS"* which also means

1. unmixed, pure as in wines or metals

2. of the mind, without a mixture of evil, free from guile, innocent, simple

Beloved the Apostle was cautioning us, that, we shouldn't mix our thoughts and or ways with evil. We should stay as pure as refined gold, refined silver etc. which has no other metal mixed with it. Our minds should focus on only good things and block evil from entering.

God never intended our minds to be a mixture of good and evil. It is the enemy, satan, who brought this mixture when he deceived Eve then Adam into eating what they were not supposed to eat and from then man started judging good and evil, trying to understand and know which way to turn etc.

Be innocent when it comes to evil, beloved. Let GOD ALMIGHTY alone be the judge of good and evil. Don't add that to your curricular. Let Him lead you by Precious Holy Spirit to do good and keep you away from evil.

God alone knows what is good and what is evil. So what He says is good is good and what He says is evil is evil. Obey Him and live the life of a true Christian.

You know?, very very soon, the devil, satan will be crushed under your feet by the God of Peace and you will be free from his snares forever.

The Apostle did a wonderful thing by praying for the Grace of Jesus to be upon his people since it is only by Grace that we can obey God Almighty, live according to His will doing good and escaping the traps of the enemy which are set to lead us to evil and destroy us. I pray for same Grace for you in Jesus name.
