Like A Tree Planted By The Waters

Without the word you are blind and if the blind lead the blind you will both fall into the ditch. As a christian we should have a hunger for the word. Psalms One, says not to sit in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the paths of sinners. This is people that are not doers of the word. . What hath light to do with darkness, or what concord hath Christ with satan. Don’ t sit in the seat of the scornful. talking about people.

Psalms 1-2 But his delight is in the law of the lord and in his law doth he meditate day and night.You have to have the word to fight the enemy of your soul. We have to be wiser than a serpent because satan is forever looking for a place to get his foot in, but if we have the word in us and know that we have power over serpents and scorpions we can put satan to flight. The word should be something that we love, it will make us wise unto salvation. The word is spirit and it is life. There is hidden treasures in the word that are only found by time spent in the word and meditating on the scripture.

The way to become stable in the lord is to be full of the word, and to be a doer of the word. There are some people that are tosed back and forth like the waves of the sea, one day they try to believe and the next they are down on the bottom. If you have a good foundation under you, you can stand when all hell comes against you. Ephesians 2-20 says that we are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone, they are our example to go by. If we stay in the word the lord will show us the way.

Psalms 1-4 The ungodly are not so: but are as the chaffwich the wind driveth away. the ungodly dont spend time in the word, they dont even like the word so they are living in the dark. they are blind and and caint see where they are going. If we have the word we are able to help other people find the way.If you dont have a hunger for the word ask the lord and he will give you a desire for the word. spend time in the word and see if you wont begin to have alove for it.

Psalms1-5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the gudgment nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. To stand we have to have the word in us. It needs to become a part of us so when satan comes against us we can put him to flight. to be a godly person we have to know what God is saying for us to do in the word.spend time in the word and will make a stable place out of you.
