Like A Seed

Summary: As a seed is buried and it dies to all the conditions around it and resurrects with resistance to them all and germinates then grows into a tree bearing many fruits who would become seeds to be planted for more fruit bearing, seed producing trees

John 19:38-42 King James Version (KJV)
38 And after this Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus.
39 And there came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred pound weight.
40 Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury.
41 Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid.
42 There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews' preparation day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand.
Beloved, Jesus was taken off the cross and buried. His personal people now buried Him forgetting all He had told them about His resurrection.
They buried Him in sorrow, not knowing what tomorrow holds for them and Jesus Himself. It was a sad moment for a mother to see an innocent son, murdered in cold blood and being buried. It was sad for friends and family to see an innocent part of them murdered and being buried.
Those who crucified Him also thought He was finished. But this is where they all had it wrong.
He had already told them, that, until a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains but a grain of wheat; but when it falls into the ground and dies, then it produces more grains.
Meaning until the Son of Man is murdered in cold blood on the cross and buried, He remains the only Son of God but when He is murdered on the cross and buried He will resurrect and produce many many many sons of God of whom you and I are part today.
Beloved, they thought His burial was His end but it was rather the beginning of His reign and glory as the Saviour of the world and the firstborn among many brethren.
Beloved they putting you down or burying you is not your end because like Jesus, you will resurrect and produce many fruits just like yourself who will be true Christians (seeds that can also be planted) to the glory of God.
Beloved no matter how deep they bury you, you shall rise again for you are a seed that will always germinate into a tree and bear many more. Therefore the more they kill you, the more they increase you and increase the Kingdom of God.
Beloved *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else, just stay focussed on Jesus, be like Him and see the manifestation of His glory in your life abundantly.
Prayer: Father please help me keep my focus on Jesus and Jesus alone to the glory of your holy name. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
