VIII. MAIN BODY:
A. Those with nothing, even what they have are suppressed
"And He said to it, No one ever again shall eat fruit from you. "
John 15:6 (Amplified Bible)
If a person does not dwell in Me, he is thrown out like a [broken-off] branch, and withers; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and they are burned.
Luke 19:26 (Amplified Bible)
And [said Jesus,] I tell you that to everyone who gets and has will more be given, but from the man who does not get and does not have, even what he has will be taken away.
1. It's the principle that the kingdom of GOD has for us, while in this world it's different, those with nothing are given more, and those with more grow more and more. While in the kingdom principle, those with no understanding , even their little understanding of the Word will be taken away from them.
2. Our fruits are our good works, souls won and even our words.
Luke 6:43-44 (Amplified Bible)
For there is no good (healthy) tree that bears decayed (worthless, stale) fruit, nor on the other hand does a decayed (worthless, sickly) tree bear good fruit.
For each tree is known and identified by its own fruit; for figs are not gathered from thornbushes, nor is a cluster of grapes picked from a bramblebush.
Our words are our fruit.
Luke 6:45 (Amplified Bible)
The upright (honorable, intrinsically good) man out of the good treasure [stored] in his heart produces what is upright (honorable and intrinsically good), and the evil man out of the evil storehouse brings forth that which is depraved (wicked and intrinsically evil); for out of the abundance (overflow) of the heart his mouth speaks.
B. They are suppressed by cursing
"And His disciples were listening [to what He said]"
Modern day cursing are those bad words floating around you can read in a daily magazine anywhere.
Curse means to execrate, doom, we are meant to be channel of blessing while the sons of the god of this world are born in curses and are doomed to curse.
Matthew 5:44 (Amplified Bible)
But I tell you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
Luke 6:28 (Amplified Bible)
Invoke blessings upon and pray for the happiness of those who curse you, implore God’s blessing (favor) upon those who abuse you [who revile, reproach, disparage, and high-handedly misuse you].
Romans 12:14 (Amplified Bible)
Bless those who persecute you [who are cruel in their attitude toward you]; bless and do not curse them.
Because we are like JESUS CHRIST in this world which takes away their curses instead and replaces it with blessings.
Galatians 3:13 (Amplified Bible)
Christ purchased our freedom [redeeming us] from the curse (doom) of the Law [and its condemnation] by [Himself] becoming a curse for us, for it is written [in the Scriptures], Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree (is crucified);
GOD is always blessing us but our words are always driving them away.
Proverbs 18:21 (Amplified Bible)
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life].
Matthew 12:37 (Amplified Bible)
For by your words you will be justified and acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned and sentenced.
IX. CONCLUSION:
Fruit and leaves go together. Without fruit, all are show off
