LANDMARKS

The lord is calling you to set up landmarks in the Spirit! So my people will have something to set their bearings against My people have lost sight of Jesus, His Word and obedience to the Holy Spirit, and they are setting up landmarks of no eternal value. Big Church, Big sound, big Man, but my people are walking into walls as if blind because these are not my landmarks.

So set up landmarks of eternal value in the Spirit, and my people will find their bearings.

Duet 19:14 “Do not move your neighbour’s boundary stone set by your predecessors in the inheritance you received in the Land of the Lord”

God set up landmarks for men to see Him by.

ROMANS 1:18-20

19 For the truth about God is known to them instinctively.* God has put this knowledge in their hearts. 20 From the time the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky and all that God made. They can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse whatsoever for not knowing God.

Psalm 19

1 The heavens tell of the glory of God.

The skies display his marvelous craftsmanship.

2 Day after day they continue to speak;

night after night they make him known.

3 They speak without a sound or a word;

their voice is silent in the skies;*

4 yet their message has gone out to all the earth,

and their words to all the world.

The sun lives in the heavens

where God placed it.

5 It bursts forth like a radiant bridegroom

after his wedding.

It rejoices like a great athlete

eager to run the race.

6 The sun rises at one end of the heavens

and follows its course to the other end.

Nothing can hide from its heat.

In the Old covenant God set up Landmarks to remind Men of His Glory

Before the Flood ~ The Garden of Eden

After the Flood ~ Noahs Ark

Moses ~ Tablets of stone ~ Tent of meeting

David ~ Tabernacle

Solomon ~ Temple

Then the New Covenant ~ JESUS!

HEBREWS 1

1 Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. 2 But now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he made the universe and everything in it. 3 The Son reflects God’s own glory, and everything about him represents God exactly. He sustains the universe by the mighty power of his command. After he died to cleanse us from the stain of sin, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God of heaven.

So now is the time to set up Landmarks again:

Jesus

Creator

Saviour

Judge

God

THE WORD

In our lives

In our Church

In our work

From love not Legalisim

Obedience to the Holy Spirit

Whatever he says do it!

These are the land marks of our time this is still the season of his son Yeshua.

This is the Glory of the gospel.
