Summary: A relationship with God is not proven by what you say in church but by how you live when nobody is watching.

Kingdom Evidence:

I want to give you Six Spiritual Truths That Prove the Kingdom of God Is Operating.

After talking with a friend, in a very deep conversation, we talked about the kingdom of God and the proof that there’s evidence of God kingdom operating.

In Romans 14:17 it says For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”

Jesus taught that the Kingdom of God is not only a future place but a present spiritual government operating in believers.

Luke 17:21 says, Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

So in the course of the next six weeks, I will be revealing the evidence that proves the kingdom is active in our life.

The Evidence of Righteousness

Key Scripture

Romans 14:17

Kingdom Truth

The first evidence that the Kingdom is ruling your life is righteousness.

Righteousness means:

Right relationship with God.

You cannot walk with God and walk in rebellion at the same time. One of them will eventually leave.

A relationship with God is not proven by what you say in church but by how you live when nobody is watching.

God does not bless disobedience just because someone claims His name.

If God truly has our heart, our life will show the evidence. That mean love, kindness, forgiveness, and you don’t meed to worry about what the other person may be doing, all you have to do is be concerned about what you are doing.

We cannot claim intimacy with God while consistently ignoring His instructions.

A real relationship with God produces conviction, correction, and change.

Grace is not permission to live wrong, it is power to live right.

When the fear of God leaves a person, I promise you that discipline soon follows.

May I tell you that God is not impressed with our religious activity, if the heart is not surrendered.

Here it is we cannot serve our flesh all week and expect to walk in God’s favor on Sunday or any other day that we pick.

The greatest deception in the church is people believing they are close to God while living far from His will.

We believe that we can say what we want, do what we want, act the way we want, and that God is still pleased

God is loving, but He is also holy, and holiness still matters to Him.

Many people want God’s blessings without submitting to God’s authority.

A true relationship with God will always require surrender.

You cannot follow Christ and continue to follow your own way.

If God is not first in our life, then something else has already taken His throne in our hearts.

Where there is no obedience, there is no real relationship with God.

The closer we walk with God, the less comfortable we become with sin.

A heart that belongs to God cannot remain comfortable living outside His will.

When God rules our heart, our life will reflect His character.

Here it is. A relationship with God is not measured by how loud we shout in worship, but it’s by how faithfully we obey when God speaks.

Right living before people:

Our relationship with God may be private, but our character is always public.

A believer’s life and lifestyle, should preach louder than their mouth.

If our lifestyle contradicts our testimony, people will believe your lifestyle.

You may be the only Bible some people will ever read. Make sure your life is not a misprint.

You cannot represent a holy God with an unholy lifestyle.

Integrity means living the same way in public that you claim to live in prayer.

If we claim Christ, but live careless before people, we are damaging the witness of the Kingdom.

Our conduct can either draw people to God, or push them away from Him.

People may not listen to our sermon, but they will always watch your life.

One of the greatest test of our faith is not what you say in church, but how you behave in the world.

Right motives in the heart:

God is not only watching what we do, but He is examining why we do it.

A good deed with a corrupt motive is still corruption in the eyes of God.

You can fool people with actions, but you cannot fool God with intentions.

God does not reward performance; He rewards purity of heart.

When the motive is wrong, even the right action loses its value before God.

Many people do the right thing for the wrong reason, and God sees the difference.

The applause of people means nothing if the motive behind it displeases God.

God weighs the heart before He accepts the offering.

If your motive is recognition, your reward will end with human applause.
