Summary: He can and He will

There’s a song that solidifies this particular scripture. It says,

I trust in God where ever I may be Upon the land or on the rolling sea

For come what may from day to day My heavenly father watches over me

Lean not to what you know just trust God.

The awesome wisdom of the author of this book derived from God. His faith grew out of a relationship that he had with the one he trusted.

We struggle with our situations because we have not learned to trust God more than we trust ourselves. We struggle with circumstances because we have not learned to lean of the Lord instead of leaning on stuff. But when you love the Lord with all your heart – soul – and mind – you can say like the song writer….

I trust in God I know He cares for me On mountains bleak or on the rolling sea The billows roll He keeps my soul My heavenly father watches over me

Oh lean not to what you think you know – Just trust God. See we already tried it our way. We already asked all our friends what would they do…or what do they think. We have already stirred the kool-aid without a spoon and made a great big mess and we still don’t know the flavor. But when you learn to talk to the one who can make it all alright. When you learn to lean on the everlasting arms of God – struggles won’t be struggles cause you learned it ain’t your fight. Problems won’t be problems cause your burden has been placed at the feet of the master.

When you learn to stop trying to figure out what only God can work out you can say like the song writer…..

He makes the road an object of His care He guides the eagle through the pathless air And surely He remembers me My heavenly father watches over me The valley may be dark, the shadows deep But on the shepherd guards His lonely sheep And through the gloom He leads me home My heavenly father watches over me

Tis so sweet to trust him. Trust his ability. Trust his capability. Less stress because we have recognized we are blessed. Less turmoil because we are looking to God and not to our own ability. Stop leaning on what you think you are. Stop doing what you think you know how to do…. But instead let God direct your path. Stop reacting….let God direct your path. Stop fishing in that muddy pond of problems and let God direct your path. Just trust Him. Get to know Him. Spend time with Him. Trust God.

I trust in God I know He cares for me On mountains bleak or on the rolling sea No billows roll He keeps my soul My heavenly father watches over me

He know every hair on your head, so why wouldn’t he understand how to fix your mess. He knew your destination before you were born, so why wouldn’t he be able to take away that which you are allowing to destroy you. He knows everything there is to know about you, so why would he love you any less in your mess. Trust God. Believe God. Turn to God. Depend on God. Trust God. Believe God. Turn to God. Depend on God. He will take care of you. He will comfort you. He will deliver you. He will change you. He will relieve you. He will transform you. He will take of you. Already has….

He took care of your sins by sending Jesus. He took care of your problems when he nestled in your spirit an inkling of faith ---- so allow your faith to increase so your problems will
